So here’s a shipping update that’s very encouraging.

I requested shipment for close to 50 cards on 11/29 with priority rushed since it was only about a $20 difference to get it here a month earlier or so.

The cards shipped TODAY and I have a tracking number.

Really good to see since there were well over 40,000 orders ahead of me when it was submitted.

Yep, you have to connect your eBay and COMC accounts first. You don't pay the shipping price of the auction, but they charge the 10% cashout fee.

The 10% cash out fee basically works out to a fee of approximately 11% on the auction price, so bid accordingly. Win an auction for $10, it’ll cost about $11.10 in COMC credit.

Appears to definitely be a delay in entering new submissions currently. My package was delivered to COMC on Monday (the 29th) and has not been entered yet.

Also, requested a check cash-out on 11/16. Check was mailed on 12/1. So, currently a 2-week processing time for a check cash-out.

And my current submissions that have been in process for a while were having cards uploaded almost every night up until the middle of November, then uploading has been just about non-existent since.

Hoping this isn't a sign of COMC starting to be back-logged again.

Requested a shipment of 110 cards with economy shipping on November 30 to take advantage of the shipping discount. It's been over a year since I last requested a shipment, so here's to it hopefully getting here sometime in January!

Got a couple nice things during the Black Friday sale. Placed an Economy Rushed shipment Friday night.
Requested shipment: 11/26
Actual shipment: 12/1

I just want to say I love COMC the site. It makes buying and selling cards a one step process. It sure has help in my collecting adventures. It levels the field for all sellers.

It's a great time to be a young or new collector.

As others have said. Had a submission package delivered to comc december 1st and still hasn't popped on the website 3 days later.

I think a lot of people took advantage of the coupons. Will be interesting how COMC handles the increase in submissions.

Mine was delivered the day after Thanksgiving and entered into the system on Wednesday and my 2 week sub is already half done at $0. So it seems a little slower than what has been happening as of late but the processing seems to be humming along, at least for me.

I had one delivered 11/29 and it was logged in yesterday, so there's still hope! They probably got a ton right at the end of the month with the processing promo expiring.

Mine as well. I contacted customer support via chat just to make sure there wasn't a problem with the package, and they said they received a huge influx of submissions, so processing of new submissions is delayed.

I have no problems with delays (I'm patient), but just wish they confirmed receipt of packages if you uploaded tracking info into the system. I always fear that the package was delivered to the wrong address or something. LOL

I sent off a submission with the three levels (Elite, Select and Standard). Elite and standard was acknowledged and shows as processing, about a week ago. Select has not been entered yet. Is this normal? Or should I be contacting them?

My package had three different levels of submission as well. Arrived at COMC on 11/29. None are processing yet.

Your Select is probably just caught in the backlog. But you can ask them via Chat just to clarify.

I’m always down to jump on the company X sucks bandwagon but this is legit! Original estimated ship date was 12/22. Out for delivery this morning

I had a card get locked by a "pending sale" yesterday, which based on what I can tell from searching threads, means that a buyer committed to purchasing it and paid via echeck or something and I won't see the sale actually go through for a while. What an annoyance - I don't really have the card or the proceeds at this point...

they'll unlock them after 14 days if you email them.
