Might be my favorite Antoine Walker card, that shot is literally perfect.

Fun day at the shop today did a pack of Prizm jumbo hit the Fireworks Prizms of DeAndre then friend pulled the Mudiay and I bought looks good going in for grading. Then we each did a TCert pack of 2013-14 for just 15 bucks I hit a Sleepy Floyd Auto then he hits a Dr J 1/10 Auto

He did a bunch also hit a D'Angelo Next Day Auto and a lot of good stuff can't remember it all.

Here's the goods for me today

Nice Fireworks, not a follower of any of the featured players, but that's a great design that works with the refractor effect so well.

Time to get this thread back on the front page.

I've sold off about $300 worth of stuff and put almost all of that money towards the credit card I'm paying off. I've had to pick up a few small things along the way though because the prices were too good.

Got this for $3.79 delivered, which blew my mind. I haven't even been buying Solomon Hill stuff for a while but I didn't have this one and the price was insane.

# 5/5

Got this for $3.99 delivered ($3 of which was shipping). May end up sending it to BGS to have it slabbed at some point.

Lastly, I ended up paying $15 for this but felt like I wasn't going to find one in better condition for a better price. It's an easy BGS 9.5 or PSA 10, in my opinion

That Jason Kidd is nice but there's a refractor line vertically between the word finest and his right shoulder. That may affect the surface grade

3.99 and 3.79 for the stoudamire and the hill 5/5 LOL

You are doing this thread some serious justice my friend.

That doesn't mean the Kidd is any less of a card, that's a card that is well endeared to me.

Back to the top with this thread.

Through some nice maneuvering of funds, I've been able to pay down my credit card substantially and still pick up a few nice things recently. I got these 4 in today. The Stanley Johnson was the only one that cost me more than $5. It cost me $29 (dlvd), which is a really good price on it.

These were such HUGE cards in their time. Thanks for posting the Jalen, man that takes me back to when spending 5 bucks on a pack as a kid to pull cards of no names was absolutely insane, 5 BUCKS!!! I can tell it's a refractor too. Such a great product and of course the 96/97 Platinum, I still think 96/97 was the greatest time in the hobby, ever.

I think picking up select refractors from those earlier years would be a good project for me, love them!!!

That's what I've been doing with the refractors. Been picking up nice 90s refractors of players I liked whenever I see them at cheap prices. I've amassed a decent little collection.

That Kobe High Flyers AP is sweeeeet! Hoops is a very underrated product these days.

Thanks, looking back at the photography, I feel like they could've chosen something nicer, but I love the cards.

If you like refractors, I have one coming in...hopefully this week. Been putting off buying it for a long time because the prices / centering were awful. Got some other really nice stuff from the 90s, but I'm waiting on some top loaders to arrive, hopefully I can get them all scanned in this week.

Had $5.50 in store credit on COMC and used it on these 3. Gonna wait a bit to have them shipped, so I can get a bigger shipment all at once for the flat rate $3 shipping fee.

For my Stoudamire collection

For my Pacers Topps Chrome Refractors team set collection

and for this set build

Finally got in a shipment of toploaders, here are a few cards from a previous poverty mail day that I didn't get a chance to scan in until now:

Some more Kobe:

Got doubles of these since I collect both players, one for PC, one for the set. By the way, SteveO, when you're done with the refractor team set, you should sample some Flair Showcase.

I decided put together a small Kobe PC before he is completely gone from the league. (...and prices become impossible. ) I always wanted to have an autograph of his and ended up grabbing a couple, with some choice 90s cards, but I don't actively PC him.

Also, finally got a chance to scan these in, I had been waiting on top loaders to arrive and the supplies came in the other day. Believe it, or not, I added the three of these (each) for poverty prices.

I'm at about the half-way mark for this set, 10-11 more cards and the Flair master set will be together. I'm also zeroing in on the 97/98 Showcase set, only missing 5 more Row 0 cards.

I have more poverty acquisitions coming in this week and some more next week, which I'm really excited for.

The 2nd worst thing compared to getting no cards in the mail on any given day is getting one card in the mail and this is the one I got today. THIS, card shows mastery of foil and etching, this is how it's done folks:
