I agree, I'd be happy to just get my confirmed orders at this point, but IMO the "right" thing to do would be to honor all orders by adding regular boxes to make up the difference since this was their mistake. I've yet to see this company go out of their way to take care of their customers, so we'll see what happens.

Just a thought, I'd think they would get this solved today. I am sure they're losing out on revenue from their website store.

I called around 9:45 central time and was told they were performing maintenance and I should be able to log on within the hour. Still can't log on.

Should have asked them to check on your order ha. Would have loved to hear that response.

I got an email confirming my order immediately after I placed it. I thought there were posters that got an email but recently got their order cancelled too so I don't know what's going on now.

The charges will just sit in pending on you CC account and then just drop off when Panini officially cancels the order.

I think if you got an Order Confirmation email you should be OK. At least I hope...

Just talked to a rep, I am getting a little worried. She said that the site is having issues, but if you want your cancelled orders you have to physical mail in the order confirmations. However, she did say that if you order was considered processed then they have accounted for that in the inventory. So I just pray that when I can login to my acct that my processed orders were all there.

I think this goes back to the statement I made that evening that the reason there were extra boxes were due to orders cancelled. So congrats to those late order people as if you got an e-mail you should be good from my convo.

My 6 box order still shows pending in my Paypal transactions, however, my other 5 orders for 6 total boxes show payment canceled. Got confirmation emails on everything and all 12 boxes still showing in my order history.

So, not sure if i'm good for 6 or 12,

All my charges have disappeared as well. However, I received email confirmation on some of them. Am I going to have to submit my CC info again? I don't see this getting sorted out by when this needs to ship, which is tomorrow or Wednesday due to the holiday.

They know they are under the gun with Black Friday coming up as well.

It still amazes me that Panini has not said one word about this on social media. They just spun this into something that was amazing on their end. Karma....

Guys I wouldn't worry about the credit card charges falling off. I assume they will be charged when ship. I don't think thats indicative of what you're getting or not. That has more to do with the bank you use. Some peoples fell off the next day and still had processed boxes. That cc info has all been captured in the order #

The bolded would be BS. People think they have orders, then you announce on Twitter you are sold out. Then people are able to buy canceled orders that the consumer never canceled from underneath them?

I hope that is not the case.

I am not saying its right either, but it sounds like they are honoring any e-mail confirms received.

It's really all just speculation until we can login to our accts.

I don't think anyone has an email about it being canceled. That is what the system just said before it went down.

Probably “both” people they have processing orders are swamped. Probably so busy they had to bring in the customer service guy

can't take the meaningless speculation...
1. The app and site are being worked on(for whatever reason). You can't login and get order history
2. if u received a confirm email when u purchased, you should be fine(see below).
3. if u happened to order the night after boxes were sold out, i'd be concerned about those orders...

My order went through at 13:23 EST. At 12:59 EST they tweeted out that it was still available. The sold out tweet didn't get sent out until 14:18 EST.

I would hope with just that info I'd be alright for my order.

my order went thru at 13:27 ET. It seemed like the system had a short window where the system was working around the time of our orders.
