First Buzz: 2024 Panini Prizm WNBA basketball cards

Retail is only way to go for this stuff since hobby is close to $1k and fotl is $3k. Does anyone know are they doing just blasters or will there be mega, hangers, fat packs??

Just a far cry from ripping a case in 2021. You could rip a case of that for $1200 knowing you are going to get at least 4-5 golds/black golds, one mosaic, shot a a colorblast or a 1/1 and lots of base sets.
With the larger checklist and massive increase in print runs due to additional parallels, odds are for sure against you.

I ordered a 20 box blaster case, thinking about getting one more . But plan on just stashing the cases for a while

It was sometime last week, and sold out within minutes. Many $2K+ Clark sales already. I know people will say "digital cards is stupid" but for a much lower buy in there was immense upside. A better bet than actual Prizm for this release.

The purchase appeared to go through, but got cancelled a few minutes later.
Perhaps one 20 box order limit per person?

There was a FOTL release and a regular release priced at $30/20

FOTL packs are $145 and regulars are now $60 ish but they both sold out pretty quickly and one big collector is pumping the WNBA market.

Many don't think it is sustainable but definitely a nice return
