My store says they supposedly mail off every Monday regardless of amount of cards. If I go Saturday, they will mail on Monday... Though they have forgotten the last 2 weeks to mail out. I called on Sunday and magically on Monday it showed as Shipped to PSA, even though the young man said it had already shipped out and the "Status hasn't updated yet". I know better though, not my first rodeo. Fedex always scans everything, the kid gave me a BS line on the phone instead of just telling me the truth.

My tips I have 2 completed orders, 2 that have arrived this week, and 1 shipped this Monday.

Find a store that focuses on trading cards and has high traffic. The store I use does this they always ship on Monday never fails. It’s. A high traffic store they checked in 12 cards in 10 mins the people at my store are pros. They have 2 full drawers of psa orders that are ready to pick up.

my store told me that monday was their ship date. he said that the district manager has to come to the store to ship them. he said they used to be able to ship on monday or thursday, but they changed it now to only monday is their ship date. this may be different in other stores, but my store ships every monday, they ship pokemon one week and sports the next week because they have to in separate shipments, just like if you take one sports card and one pokemon, you have to do two orders. therefore, they always hit the 10 day backlog policy. he said, and i am not sure i trust this 100%, but he said that the contract between gamestop and PSA requires them to have all submissions turned around in 45 days no matter what the turnaround is at that time for customer submitted orders. I will believe that when i see it, but i have had two orders in the last month that has not taken business 30 days

Mine always hit 50 total days. So I would say that they are around or less than the 45 Business days for sure, which is fast for PSA orders from what I understand.

i do not think this will be popular with the people who do not use gamestop to submit, but i am starting to think that perhaps gamestop is getting special treatment, probably due to the fact of the sheer numbers they produce for PSA. I could not get my store guy to say this, but I bet that gamestop has an address they send to that is specific to them and their stuff gets in the pipeline sooner. Also, if you are saying you think your stuff is making it 50 days total, thats about 35ish days when you take out sat and sun

My first order I picked up was at 49 total days, the 2nd order was at 50 total days. That's not too shabby! It definitely won't be and I assume already is not popular for those that subscribe and have to send in 20+, pay more and wait longer for the return. The kid at Gamestop even said that he looked into PSA subscription and couldn't find a reason to pay for that.

My shop in Chicago is solid - there's a couple employees there that know what they're doing and get me in/out quickly assuming there's no line.

My issue is with the process after it ships....all of my 4 orders were marked as shipped within a few days, but 3 have been shipped over 2, 4 and 6 weeks ago and all are still marked as "shipped."

My first ordered moved very quickly, but the last 3 are stuck.

It has been different for me every time after it is shipped. Sometimes I will see that it is graded and never see a status that it was received, or I would see received and then almost immediately get notification that it has been graded, or I see it hit assembly after seeing "Shipped", and it sits there for a week or so before I see a grade. They are still figuring it all out I think.

Just dropped off 14 cards with GameStop. The lady who helped me seem to really know what she was talking about. She told me that the estimated turnaround is 9 weeks. She also told me that they recently made some updates so that there are now more alerts from PSA as to the status of your cards and where they are in the process. Not sure if that is true or not, but looking forward to this trial run.

It is true. In the gamestop app on your phone, when you click on that order, you will see the area of PSA it is in after it Arrives at PSA. It could sit in "Shipping to PSA" for weeks though before it hits grading. I also noticed that mine sat in assembly for almost a week before I got the grade. Is the app always correct? I am not quite sure, but they did add that to the app, whereas when they started, they did not have those features.

i will also note that the order sat in QA for exactly one week, so the grading was done on the 17th

Yep, I think you're right. A few days ago mine was suddenly marked as "PSA Received - Grading" after being marked "Shipped to PSA" for almost 2 months.

i asked the guy at my store what would happen if, by some chance, that store was to close and he told me that they had that happen to a store one town over and he said they were automatically redirected to the nearest store

I dropped off an order at my local gamestop on 2/8 and as of today it isnt even as psa received the package yet is that normal? if it doesn't update within a week or so should I start to worry? Sorry if this has been answered I don't get on much anymore just seen this on google and wanted to ask about my situation. thank you in advance.

my Jan 26 order just started moving this week. Feb. 8 is probably still at least 2 weeks away from seeing any movement

They are really backed up at the moment. I have a Feb. 23rd order still listed as shipped. Most likely because they haven't checked it in yet.

My Jan. 26th TCG order just hit grading this week, to add some context.
