Never expected this thread to get out of control.

I'll update and say that I'm sending my Trout to Jewcer tomorrow morning! Will update with the listing (in case anyone is interested in bidding), as well as results once the sale is made.

Not trying to be disrespectful to the Lineup card guy, but I think a Piece of the U from his Jersey is a little cooler than the opposing team's lineup card from a game where he went 0-4.

Ok, you know I had to reply to this post. I’d rather have my true 1/1 Mike Trout lineup card than your 1/(10?) booklet. How many 1/1 Mike Trout booklets have they made total? There’s like 5 of them on eBay right now if I remember correctly. How many 1/1 Mike Trout on-card autographed with lineup relic cards are there right now and ever sold? I’ll wait................ I fixed your post btw

I’ll update also and say that my card is going to be posted on Probstein123 in hopefully a few days. I’ve sold with Rick in the past and had an excellent experience with his service. Nice card, er I mean booklet lol Good luck to us.

What if he went 1-4?

Did this guy just try to legitimize the Trashstro's 2017 World Series too? Oh lordy. Do you actually think the card being from an ASTROS lineup card makes it more valuable?

Also, unique =/= valuable. I'd rather have a Logoman Trout rather than your card tbh.

Find all the 1/1 trout sales you can, average the highest price sold and add $500.00 with offers. If they don't go for the BIN you can barter, the $500.00 gives you room to decide what it's worth to you. Just remember every cards true value is what someone's willing to pay for it. With Trout and all his collectors you should have no problem.
Like you I just came back after a long break, won a Trout auto and sold it on the bay. I found all the sales for that card figured it's 1/25 and I've just seen ten old sales so I added $250.00 with BIN and it sold in three days I think. Then I bought Vintage lol!

No... you did not have to reply. Get over yourself and quit hijacking threads. I wonder if you even realize that you did nothing to help your card in here. If anything, you probably hurt it.

As you can see he’s still pumping a card even when in reality it’s a lineup card from the other teams dugout when he went 0-4. What trout fan besides the tiny market of people who collect Trout 1/1s would care? The insignificant lineup card from a insignificant game in the opposing teams dugout is basically a piece of paper PRINTED daily with a hologram on it.

It’s basically a step below a stadium seat relic in card.

I was just about to issue a challenge. Which card sells for more, mine or his since both will probably be listed around the same time. But I agree, I could see some crazy shill bidding going on. When I submit my cards to Jewcer you give him your ebay name so you can't shill bid. Now, granted I'm sure people still find a way to do it unfortunately, but I am willing to bet in a bidding war that my Trout would sell for higher than your Trout Lineup card.

If you go onto mlb.com you can probably buy a trout lineup card from an opposing team for under 100 bucks. Yet if you want a Trout game used jersey that thing will cost you 8K-10K minimum, maybe more.

Anyways not going to get into a SWINGING contest with you, but good luck on your sale. I actually do hope it goes well.

I hate booklets and I’d still rather have yours.

It’s a cool card but it’s a piece of relic from something that he had nothing to do with. I’d take the booklet at comparable prices because it is GU Jersey. The auto is great, 1/1 makes it cool but you crapped the bed on an astounding $6500 offer.

Just own it and move on.

I just finally sold my 2018 Topps Definitive Gold Framed Red Parallel Auto 1/1 of Trout for $2,750.00 last night...

That sounds right. No one will buy a Trout for over $6,000...

I already moved on... Waiting to get my newest Trout 1/1 from Matt@Blowouts today

But he claims to have 2 higher offers!

So it’s clear either someone lied or you’re wrong.....

I take lied, it’s what he does. He said he wasn’t posting again and look how long that lasted. The good thing is several trout 1/1 collectors seen this topic (even ones who aren’t members) and won’t be bidding. I seen a post on another board and reddit warning people.

Quick question - is it worth having an auto 1/1 graded? Does grading a card that rare increase its value at all, or more importantly, does it increase its ability to sell?

If it looks absolutely perfect and will get a 10, it may increase the selling price some. Otherwise no.
