I'm 5'9" and currently sitting at 237.

At one point about 16 years ago, I was 285.

Today was back to school for the 1st of Phase IV students and Thursday some more come to school. My wife said the car rider line this morning to get into the school was a disaster. The buses with kids were stuck on the road as they couldn't get past the cars.

I left earlier than normal to pick my Son up this afternoon. I was the 3rd card in line. He gets dismissed at 3:40. Around 2:35, the line was only wrapped around even with my car. At 2:40, a mad rush of cars came and blocked the buses once again from coming in to get the rest of kids who are dismissed at 3:50.

That sounds miserable.

I went to pick up Logan at 11am. At 1115am they has us park in spots because the kids were running behind due to technical issues. He didnt come out until 1140am. I has to cancel an appointment.

Then we need to get you down under 210 by end of the year. I think the same as Nutter Butter at 195 would be good for you. Keep working on your diet and stay active. I think you can get there. My goal this year is to be 220. I’m at 237. Gained some weight but working to get it off. Got lazy end of last year to beginning of this year due to reinjuring my back and hip.

Summer is the worst with all of my trips. It's hard to stay on KETO when I'm always away.

The lowest I got after being 247 was 197 but it just didn’t feel like a good weight to me at my height. Too skinny looking. I like being 215-225. Just haven’t been able to do anything at gym with certain weights. I can’t run on treadmill either at the moment. So it’s just walking until rehab is done again.

My infusion was pushed back to tomorrow afternoon. My nurse was under the weather and wiped out. Apparently she was falling asleep while driving. I managed to get in a 5+ hour nap. Glen, eat your heart out...

First baseball game tonight for my Son.

I predict a very high score.

Hopefully no parents get shanked since it is the Dodgers vs Giants. If they do, my wife we'll be on hand to render aid.

You may sleep more than Glen, not sure that's something to be proud of though.

Post 10k coming up, going to retire? Please
