I purchased store credit a few hours ago and nothing happens, no record and no store credit is added. Anyone knows what's happening??

I have had it take a half a day to post my store credit before not sure why but it does happen.

The page won't even load for me right now...Check your calendars - it's the first day of the month, so the servers are busy calculating all the storage fees and store credits for the bulk shipping - which is probably causing all the delays.

If you purchase a card and have it submitted through BGS grading and comes back altered/counterfeit what is the COMC procedure? Do they refund you both amounts? (Purchase and BGS grading Costs)

Site is real glitchy right now. Items I recently bought and marked for sale aren't showing up in search results. Ugh. It is saying there are none for sale even with the updated price!

Doesn't it make more sense to use COMC over an eBay store price wise? Especially since you can list on eBay from COMC.

I have been very happy with the sales from my different COMC submissions. The amount you save on shipping by bundling low end cards greatly outweighs processing costs/various COMC headaches. I would note that high end cards do not move that quick on COMC compared to lower end from personal experience. So if you are selling in low-mid end, COMC is a great option.

COMC added a nice new feature today for cards that are declined. Now when you click on actions tab, you can choose to reprocess items that were declined. This will make things much easier than sending an email to get the declined items on site.

The 36% hit on the higher end cards (if they sell on eBay and if you cash out) hurts

Yeah, after they damage your cards the first time, they get a second chance to make sure you can't sell them.

When you click it, it tells you how much it will cost. I think it was 50 cents.

They do. I was also told if you have a card shipped to you and have it graded on your own, "in a reasonable time period," that they will also issue a refund (and potentially grading fees, but the rep could not confirm that)

I want to buy 2 cards and hold them at COMC
I have a basic account and no credits.
If I buy through PayPal what happens. Shipping is the only option, are you supposed to select hold cards somewhere?

How do I designate the cards to be held for resale?

The only way to hold cards at COMC is to buy them with store credit...that allows you to store the cards at COMC until you want to have them shipped. Using Paypal, even if you're signed into your account, will have the cards placed in the shipping queue.

Yes...buying with store credit puts the cards in your portfolio...from there, you can decide what you want to do - ship them, flip (resell) them, or whatever. But, it has to be done with a purchase made with store credit.

I'm starting up as a seller in a few weeks.
If I am selling cards .75 or less I'll basically be netting .50 per card sold (after COMC takes their .25)...is that right?
.75 will avoid storage fees after the 3rd month I believe.

If I build up store credit and buy a card that I'd like for my PC, what are the shipping fees to have that card (or those cards) sent to me?

Sorry for all the newb questions but this thread has been very helpful in motivating me to finally get this project going!
