Nothing big, but snagged this for $55 during 10% eBay Bucks. Came in today. About as high-end as I can afford with Acuna nowadays!

I have seen several base versions (ungraded and graded) go for half price of what other sales are going for. I think when that happens, people don't research the BIN prices or just want a quick sale (which is leaving money on the table) for it.

Definitely. I've opened tons of Update and pulled one. The bat-down were roughly one per case.

That being said, I've pulled like 8 or 9 of some SP's in Update. Maybe I've just had terrible luck.

Need some advice. Should I trade these two '61 Mantle and Maris Mvp (just those 2 not the others) for this 250 variation? Do you guys think it's worth it. Mantle is in pretty good condition, 250 looks like it has rough corners

3 of the 4 corners look rough. That's probably an 8 corner grade right there. I would pass and go for one with a better condition.

Prices are nuts. I sold the Horizontal Variation PSA 10 exactly a month ago for $175. I should check to see if I sold it to one of the groups pumping/dumping. Gotta stay a step ahead of those guys...

I busted a ton of retail and never hit one, but hit plenty of the other SPs. Heck, I pulled 3 of the Roberto Clemente SPs and doubles of a few others. Maybe I've had terrible luck as well.

I busted a ton of retail as well, and I'm sick of seeing the Legends "SP" (not sure if they are really THAT SP or not!).

It's cool seeing the RC sp's...but those are insanely hard to pull!
