My first time relaxing and watching a game without metsplaya's hysterics. Expecting this to be very enjoyable.

why? We have a bunch in the minors that we can give a chance to first.

Not to mention mejia suspended for 80 games for PED use, dont think he has any value.

I just got a few PM's from Metplaya. Apparently Eduardo Nunez (the PBM pool guy he called out) is going to create a new account on here and pretend to be Metsplaya so that he doesn't have another chance at coming back six months from now. He wanted me to post this on here.

Not many strikeouts for deGrom. The high strikeout rate was what made him so good last year.

I was only able to catch the last five or so outs he recorded. Figured that stat line deserved a golf clap but not a standing O.

Golf clap certainly appropriate. Not his best stuff, but 0 earned is the goal every time, so he and the Mets should be thrilled.

Nice little poke by Cuddyer. Looks like they're gonna have to dink and dunk to add runs. The wind is pretty seriously and I doubt anyone can drop a long ball.
