Aoki was a bit of a rando to have a set in the first place. I'm not sure how much of a household name any DJ is. I'm not sure how many non-card collecting Aoki fans it brought in other than the Aoki autos. I'd also imagine that the population of those that are both Aoki fans and baseball card collectors is fairly small.
Trevor Lawrence is considered the best draft Quarterback since Luck or Manning. Major audience clamoring for cardboard of Lawrence. I'm sure they can absorb a huge print run.

feels like a waste to burn the talent of such compelling artists on idiot jerk card collectors like us. this set could be 50 cards featuring 50 different angles of a solitary dumpster behind an abandoned KFC with the word FOOTBAL written on it in lime green paint and it'd still sell out in 15 minutes.

I see zero upside unless the autos are easy to get, which they won’t be...they’ll either be 1 in 10 sets of 1 per case since the limit is 5

Then, when we ALL buy it everyone is gonna undercut each other just to sell this junk

The pictures show two boxes, one says "Moon Edition Box" and the other "Sun Edition Box" - I wonder what the difference will be. Two different sets? One has a guaranteed auto/relic and the other doesn't? Will we be allowed 5 boxes of each or 5 total between the two?

I dunno. The sets will be out around draft time and will be just about the only game in town. The classic Topps designs will be some nice looking pseudo rookie cards. It might actually make sense to break the set and sell as singles. Then there is the lottery ticket of autos which will sell for stupid prices on release.

I have Leaf Clear Trevor Lawrence cards, so it’s not the only game.
