Thanks! Post away. This is a card forum and posting cards are much better to look at than reading most posts on the forum these days. Also, someone's collection is always going to be better.

Thanks. I wasn't even watching it. I was bored and saw it at like 860 with a half hour to go. I just sniped it with a 1k bid fully expecting to lose. But it was a nice surprise. You can't go wrong with 2018 topps update indy.

Isn’t that true! Small cards need love to, maybe I’ll start posting my simple base rookies, just to feel good about my meager collection.

It’s all good though, I enjoy my cheap rookies! And my fourth and fifth year cards as well.

I live vicariously through trueblue, sidvish and everyone else’s great collections. Pretty sure my wife would leave me if I ever dropped $1000 on single card, so I hope to one day fall into one!

This thread benefits when people post and share. I dont speak for everyone, but I would rather see pictures any Ohtani PC, then nothing at all.

I guess I should stick to grading cards. I love these slabbed though - especially since it's PS version. Awesome display quality.

That’s pretty cool. Never thought of adding video game covers into the collection. Pretty unique, if only now I could find the space to display something like that.

I would say that relative prices, in terms of timing, are right about when Japan/Ohtani won the WBC and was heading into spring training (followed by an MVP season). Not low by any means, but sensible.

Pulled from a blaster back in 2018. It then spent its life in my junk draw without even a penny sleeve until a few months back when I decided to toss it in my next PSA order. Happy with the results!
