A Heritage HN red auto BGS 9.5 also “sold” for nearly $6k around the same time. Both were PC auctions. Probably the same consignor.

Value wise, a raw BCA probably wins that. So the 9.5 will certainly be really strong now and going forever.

But personally, for my collection, I prefer the mystery auto. It’s such a unique card, as an on-card auto version of the flagship.

That’s where I lean as well. BCA is always a strong card. Personally I’ve been looking to add both.

BCA, all the way.

but as mentioned above, the mystery auto is the sharpest looking auto he has for 1st/rookie cards.

I think if you're looking for an "investment" card/a card with the highest growth potential then the BCA is the way to go

However, I personally would rather have the mystery auto. Great image, short printed, and I think it will be a cult-classic type of card

Well... I currently have a mystery auto 9.5/10, and I don't have a BCA. So if I was picking one up today, it would be a BCA

What’s the pop on a base bca 9.5?
The on card flagship RC auto is a very rare bird in todays hobby.

What a great problem to have

I'd go for the BCA in a slight edge to the Mystery. Both are almost equally desirable, but BCA gets the edge.

I've got a 9.5 Mystery Auto, and I love that card because Topps used the NNO card image. Is the raw one you're looking at still in the Topps redemption holder?
