I rather just use Comc for flipping cards because if you want to buy a card and ship it to your house it will take forever!😁

For those who have received shipments lately, are cards in toploaders (if requested).

I want to have about 100 cards shipped (most over $100), but I am not taking any chances if they are shipping in toploaders.

3 week guaranteed late: 20% discount. 3 week current year late: no discount.

Tim said they were shipping all cards worth over $50 in toploaders, even if you can't do it on the site. But you may want to put the order in and then elevate it to customer service (sic) via an email with the subject: "URGENT: make sure toploaders are on high value cards in my shipment, per Tim Getsch interview"

Last night I had a 3 week current order completely uploaded in one swoop, ahead of the 3 week timeframe. I'm not sure what the pecking order is at the moment.

I just believe it when it really happens. The 4/6 due submission is now estimated 5/4, nothing else happened. Ah well, progress jumped from 5% to 10% - whatever that means.
Gotta lern patience i suppose.

But the positive feedback is perplexing for sure. No way a lot of that can be an accurate description of the transaction.

I get the hacking part, but describe to me the rest of the problem and how that would work.

The hacker would need to change the address to themselves and ship them all home or sell cheaply to a second account who could then do something from there.

Luckily, they are at a snail's pace right now so if caught within a few weeks, I think you'd be fine. I'm not sure how they could do much damage.

They just missed my 3-week guaranteed submission, and here is the response from customer service:

Default All I want to do is talk about COMC

So from looking through their terrible feedback on eBay, I’m sensing the following is how they choose to deal with customers complaining/filing claims

-if the customer files a claim, they just say it’s a warehouse error and cancel transaction/refund. Even if the customer in the claim says they still want the item.

-if the customer complains once in a email (weeks after purchase), they might get a bot response and refunded shipping (I did for my 3 super delayed purchases). If the customer complains again, it’s probably the ol warehouse error and cancel/refund

At least this is a rough idea based on the feedback. So not sure about the whole error thing, it’s likely a way to get out of the transaction and just cancel it (because I imagine if the customer waited longer, it would eventually get there).

So if you are waiting weeks for them to ship...and it’s something irreplaceable like a 1/1 sketch, and you really want the item, I guess the only thing to do is just keep waiting vs starting a claim, etc- since that will likely trigger a refund.

sheesh u guys now got me super scared...i had two different orders ready for shipment and ordered one batch and it came mixesd with orders from the other batch......i knew that was a big mistake but figured at least it was all mine so im good but could i get the 1st batch i ask for. (which i paid for first and it has yet to come i requested February 17th and got estimate shipping date of March 4th and have not received it yet and they will not answer emails i send them. .....i paid for rush service too......At this point I want all my cards from them I have close to 10k worth of cards in there.....any of u had any success in paying for there fastest service and getting immediately.......all these horror stores I read im afraid they may end up on "American Greed"

I'll let you know tomorrow. I am scheduled to get a delivery of $12,000 worth of cards. I am a bit anxious what will be 'missing'. A few people here and on facebook have had cards missing from their orders. My order was just under 1,000 cards and I paid $495 for shipping. It is several weeks past its 'delivery' date but judging from others here I can't come close to complaining.

I just wanted out - plain and simple.

You might be able to get a refund on that $495 if you press the issue.

Hope they get there and everything is accounted for. That’s a huge step that they even shipped it out. Everything is so questionable these days.

Yep - but that fee included the .25 per card because they were bought in reseller mode.

I noticed that it seemed to help when I started messaging them on Facebook and Twitter. That and I also filed for several chargebacks through Paypal and my credit card company. Those are still pending and I doubt they will rule in my favor but maybe that lit a fire under their arse.

Or maybe I just got lucky (assuming I get everything I purchased).

My experiment with them didn’t go the way I expected it to. My 3 card order from 3/21 is late, along with my economy shipping order from November. However my 30 card order from 3/7 actually came early.
