So Ben Baller is what we have next, not too thrilled about that. Topps need to have better communication. If there is not going to be a release for a long period of time, you can't just not say anything. Topps fails in others ways too. They let bots right into their site to freeload.

Yes their comunucation is lacking. The MC has had that issue since inception (2018). And yes they can fail to communicate. People will still buy. Topps seems to be selling more than they have in decades.

We're assuming BBDTC is next based on a tweet. Topps will email (most) members once it's official and ready.

Next should be Bowman Sapphire unless Topps gives us F1 fire first. Baller chrome would come after TC releases in late July. Baller chrome came out last year in late August or early September.

Historically Topps has only provided MC presales for online exclusives. Bowman 1st edition was an exception with no MC presale last year and it was not advertised in the club announcement.

I'm definitely thinking we'll be getting something F1 before the end of 2021. Will be interesting to see if Bowman First Edition was a once year thing or not.

I’m thinking Bowman is going to be weak this year besides Austin Martin (and he won’t come close to JDom or Tork, maybe more comparable to Bobby Witt in hype)

Usually it’s driven by the July 2 international prospects from the previous year (Jasson, Puason in 2020...JRod, Wander and Luciano in 2019), but the international signing deadline got delayed due to Covid so don’t think any international guys will made it to the checklist

Oscar Colas, Yoelqui Cespedes and Pedro Leon would all be big names but they all only signed in January so I’m not thinking they’ll make it into Bowman (might make Bowman Chrome a big money product though)

I guess there could be two perspectives on the early notice and information issue. There is one company that provides emails on products that are upcoming and even provides the specific date and time when a product will drop days in advance. Lately, I have never had a chance at getting any of those products unless I want to overpay and buy at the high point price of a dutch auction. Or the other perspective is to provide a short advance notice and pre-release possibility to club members before releasing to the public. No information is provided on the product and no specific time is given. I have had opportunities to buy those products and at a great or somewhat decent price (besides 2020 TC Sapphire). Topps may not communicate the best but maybe there is a method to their madness that we don't know or understand but has benefitted many members of the club.

I've been a MC member since the beginning and it's delivered pretty much each year. The exclusive windows to buy early are huge even with a limit, so to complain about any sort of lull is just ridiculous. Plus, we get a bunch of freebies throughout the season and a complete set that pretty much pays for the membership each year.
