I messaged them 2 days ago, and received a response yesterday morning, regarding shipping, etc. on the Clarke books. I was, mainly, concerned about ensuring they received my return email about being okay with the international shipping charge. They noted that they are experiencing heavy order volume and the 'vid restrictions are delaying shipments. They apologized for the delay, but I'm sure these will be on the way soon.

Received my Billie Eilish work of art! I'm actually VERY happy compared to what I've seen online. Almost looks like snowfall. Very even, aesthetically pleasing in person, and not too obnoxious. I also have an autographed copy coming in the mail today. I'm also gonna order the No Time To Die Single CD from Japan. I think I'm gonna make a display with all 3.

I don't know if any of ya'll care about comic book creators, but Midtown has a sale going on for "60% off first Issues" which translates to signed issues from $2-10+ (I think its today only)

It doesn't say that it's signed by both but a shot at Dolly Parton is worth it, this was about $47 USD shipped to me in the states Edit: [dead]

July 2022 release date? This advance ordering stuff is getting out of hand. 3-4 months max should be the limit.

UK vs. US date formats. Still a long ways out though.

Did any of you order the signed Cover B variant from ForbiddenPlanet, or did you all get the signed Cover A?

Cover A for me as well. I didn't even see that there were other signed copies(I was late to the party too).

I'm surprised that you can already buy signed copies for as little as $110 shipped(I think a few are OBO as well...). Either way, I'll happily take my $30~ Clarke and tuck it away safe and sound(maybe even grade it? I've never graded a comic before).

If you grade a signed comic that wasn't witnessed by CGC, they give the same grade as if you scribbled your name on the cover, which is to say something like:

7.0: Emilia Clarke written in ink on cover.

They do not authenticate autographs. You would be better off sending it to BAS or somewhere.

Good to know! Total newbie to comics(grading) beyond reading them as a kid. I have seen several signed/graded copies on eBay though...never knew they had to be present when it was signed. Thanks

It's the unsurprising race to the bottom that happens with all of these. People would rather leave a ton of money on the table to make sure they don't get stuck with a $30 item they can't move (or can't afford to get stuck holding). Same reason you can get a signed John Mayer for ~$40.

Seems nutty that someone who's buying the book for $30 would be worried about losing said $30. Haha.

I got my MOM signed book today. Very happy. Book seems to be in OK shape as far as I can tell and I got a nice bold signature. Best $30 I've spent in a quite some time(as far as hobby related purchases go!).

You will get the dreaded green label. CGC uses witnesses for their signings. Witnessed autos get yellow label. As a comic book collector, I wouldn't collect from any other grading company. CBCS will grade unverified signatures but honestly you're better off just keeing it raw with COA. imo

A John Cena signed book is half price 12.99.

Might make for a good Suicide Squad cut auto piece.
