Agree
Being a UFA, I highly doubt they bring him back...
What the hell was up last night with that pic seabass posted???

Absolutely no respect for your coach/team, etc...

Now what, hope for a decent position in draft to use that pick in a trade (AD)?
Front office cannot get caught up with these picks when they come to trade value
We saw what happened with the #2 pick (lonzo) and Paul George a few years ago

All these "hot takes" about Rondo. Is it normal to have 5 coaches sitting on the bench? Seems to me the head coach and 2 assistants sit on the bench and the others sit behind it

You come out of the woodwork at such random times.

It fascinates me

.@BillPlaschke on @BullandFox: "Remember the Kevin Durant quotes earlier this year about not wanting to play w/ LeBron b/c of the toxicity. He's right. It's crazy around him. He's changed the whole environment around the team. We had no idea what was going to hit us."

Not a shock. Ever since lebron signed with LA, Kawhi has made it known he doesn't want to go there.

Lonzo not close to returning, possible he doesn't return this season at all. Is he considered injury prone at this point? I have been trying to stay positive with Ball but I don't really know what you can do with him at this point.

Welp...time for the silver lining portion of the evening:

My man Big Moe!!!!!

1st start of the year (I mean, they didn't have much of a choice )

22 points (7-13, 7-7 FTs)
5 rebounds
3 assists
1000% energy and trash talk

I hope he carves out a role next year on the squad. Gonna be fun to watch him develop in these last 15 or so games!!

Oh, and if you have any Big Moe #d Prizm or anything else that's fancy, holla at ya boy!!!

I feel bad for Walton. He had to know as soon as lebron signed, he was a dead man walking. Hope he gets a shot somewhere else and succeeds.

All Lebron's fault. Lebron bad.

"NBA coaches generally must earn roster input. Walton hadn’t. The Lakers were bad last season with Walton coaching Lopez and Randle.

Though Randle seemingly made expected progress given his age, Lopez was really unlocked by Milwaukee coach Mike Budenholzer. That might not have happened with Walton in Los Angeles."

"Nobody deserves more blame for the Lakers’ failures than Johnson, who assembled an ill-fitting roster abound LeBron. Johnson must do better this summer."

Lopez is playing 5 more mins per game yet is scoring less. But yeah, way to unleash the beast Milwaukee.

I'm gonna have to grab some of his Prizm Silvers, not those junky LA ones though.

This is hilarious. I love the deflect game.

They didn't want to pay Randle and hurt their cap flexibility. Was it wise? Does a team of LeBron, D. Lo and Randle with others make them a contender? Nope. Should they have paid those guys? Well, D. Lo is balling in a contract year, he needs to keep it up. Randle is just balling all the time.

Magic signed a bunch of cast offs to 1 year deals prepping for the free agency class coming up.

You can't win anything with guys standing on the permiter a la LeBron's recent Cavs teams. Lakers need 2 more top level guys. If they get 1 they're ok, none and it's a hot mess.

Only reason I don't put a majority of the blame on Magic is because what else was he supposed to do when you are limited to having to find cheap guys that are fine with 1 year deals? There aren't great players lining up to take cheap, one year deals. Magic had to do it this way because he knew lebron would be wanting top level free agents next off-season. I don't think Magic would pick Lance, Rondo, Beasley, and McGee over anyone else in the NBA, but our options are very limited when you have to find guys willing to take one year deals.

Take it up with the author of the article, champ. All I did was quote some of the bits that directly contradicted rhigh's veiled attempt at trolling. Maybe link to articles that actually support what you're saying?

It’s okay guys. We’re going to draft Zion so Magic can trade him for CJ McCollum

Actually champ, rhigh didn't even say anything bad. Walton has been a dead man walking since LeBron signed. You're the one quoting some morons terrible article.

Lopez was awful under Walton but managed to score more. Ha ha. Weird.

Randle was actually put in the Draymond trailing big role by Walton and his stats jumped.

The article is a joke. I personally wouldn't support any of it either way.

What was your point, Champ? Walton isn't a dead man walking?

You do understand that those quotes are from the article that rhigh linked to, right? If you've got an argument, it's with him. He posted it. All I did was pick out the obvious parts that didn't support the point he was trying to make. You're just arguing for the sake of it.

Here's another quote from the article that goes directly with what I said about the article in the first place.

"The consequence in Los Angeles: Lakers coach Luke Walton will probably get fired after the season."

Understand now? Lebron homers are softer than KD lol. I state one of the most obvious things, and it's considered a "veiled attempt at trolling." Is someone really going to disagree that once lebron signed with LA that Walton wasn't going to be fired eventually?

I've been hearing that too. Just depends if he wants to coach in the NBA again. If he goes to UCLA, I don't see him leaving there for a while.
