I based the whole trade around getting Matt Carpenter at a 15th round FA keeper value. The rule change kinda killed his valuation.... but that’s okay. Correct. That way no one trades off all their picks to win, then quits the league and screws the next owner

I really think the entire valuation of keepers last year was completely off. It's really tough to balance, but the talent that was being traded for respectable keepers was unreal. Problem is, that was what was being offered, and if you're not going to finish in the money, there's no benefit to hanging on to non keepers. But the first few trades dictated the market, and it rolled from there

I'd really prefer to not all trades involving draft picks until after the season ends. Gets really difficult to keep track of
