They can be dealt when theu come up. I have a feeling some of them can be good and thus expendable.

There has to be some sort of rule implemented at some point that you have to be able to field an actual roster and be competitive in this league.

Short stops have no value at all. Only one short stop broke 400 points last year.

It doesn't negate that they are and will be in demand eventually.

They won't be in demand. They are statistically the worst position in fantasy. And you are using all of your slots hoarding them for no reason, and not picking up actual starting pitchers to actually field a team like every other person in this league is doing.

I challenge that because people will eventually have position needs. There is a ton of hype surrounding Mateo. I'm sure I could maybe get something nice for him down the road.

Hill has been worse than awful in ST, would go for Buchholz instead, at least he's a 50-50 coin toss.

I wouldn't get hung up on Spring Training performance because I remember Samardzija was bad in Spring Training and turned out to be an All Star.
