2019 Bowman Mega-Let the Hunt Begin!!

Wow I look for these every year and have never seen one. Today I had to stop in Target and checked the card section and to my surprise there were 12 boxes! I guess the increased production helped!

Congrats! I haven’t seen any in my area. Feel like it used to be collectors buying extras to flip to help fund their pc purchases. Now these stories make it seem like people are trying to make a living by buying/reselling stuff meant for collectors.

By my math there are 12,000 base cards for each player. Pretty sure every pack has an insert/parallel/auto, so 4 Mojo chrome per pack. 100 subjects.

Let's just say that there are more base chrome per player in just the hobby run for Bowman. Factor in jumbo and retail, who knows. I assume more than 50,000 chrome per player.

we'll soon see whether some auto's are SP'd. I pulled a Bohm mega auto and only a few have been listed (none are live now) so I'm hoping he's sp'd. Also, did we figure out yet how many base mega auto's each player has, assuming none are short printed?

For comparison there are over 40,000 each of the 2018 TCU base cards.

Grrrrr....you and your sensibility. How dare you join this thread and say anything that doesn’t pump up these mega boxes. I’m not saying it’s the case, but how many more reloads before the bottom falls out like 18/19 basketball? That might be a different animal, but at the end of the day, it’s a retail-only product which makes it really tough to hold value

so the count is half that for 2017 and 2018 mega subjects.........
on that note i'm still looking for more 2019 mega

Was going to wait until the weekend but couldn't resist opening the only 12 I've been able to find. Bought at one store right after the Excel guy put them on shelf.

No Wander base mojos and only two autos but I am not going to complain.

Really want to own a Wander auto but difficult to not sell at the prices I've been seeing. Will probably put on eBay with a high BIN and see what happens.
