"Welcome to Chippendales" on Hulu is a good watch, 8 episodes total, so probably about 6 hours long.

Kumail Nanjiani (Dinesh on "Silicon Valley") plays Steve Banerjee, the Indian immigrant who founded the famed exotic male dancer revue in the late 70's in Los Angeles. The series follows him through the 80's and captures his fast rise and nearly-as-quick fall.

Although the series takes some liberties with the real characters and situations they found themselves in, it's a well-told tale with some excellent acting all around. The cast also includes Murray Bartlett ("White Lotus" Season 1 resort manager) and Juliette Lewis.

'Rick And Morty' because whatever Justin Roiland did two years ago just got him kicked off his own show.

I thought this was significantly better than I expected it to be. I had no idea about this story so I was pretty shocked to see that it was essentially a true story.

The incident occurred 3 years ago.

He's also gone from "Solar Opposites" although he didn't do nearly as many voices on that show.

I'm 3 episodes into the comedy series Extraordinary on Hulu.

Takes place in London and on people's 18th birthday, they acquire a superpower. Jen is in her mid-20s and has yet to acquire one.

I haven't paid attention to comedies since The Big Bang Theory ended. I'll try and give the new Night Court a shot, but I find Extraordinary pretty funny.

Two problems I've noticed on the new Night Court. In today's world much of the old Night Court humor will not happen. And the old show had some great side characters, Art, Phil, the Wheelers, Quon Li, Buddy, etc. The new show hasn't established any, as of yet. I like the new characters but I don't think they'll have much to work with. And Gurgs, the bailiff, would be better as 2 characters. It seems like she was supposed to be but they just combined them.

Binged Moon Knight, Decent show only thing that sucks is the ending credit scene for a possible Season 2 which wouldn't release until sometime in 2026

First 3 episodes of Shrinking on Apple+ are really funny.

Just watched the first episode of Jack Ryan season 1. Pilot was pretty solid!

thoughts? I liked the first few episodes, but I really thought it trailed off. Didn't care for the final few or where it left off

This is one I want to watch. I saw one episode while we were having Christmas dinner at my step daughter's house and it looked pretty good.

Just binge watched season 3 of True Detective, IMO better than the 2nd season and on par with the 1st season. Sounds like they are planning on making a 4th season.

I thought it dragged on also... I was pretty hyped after the first episode or 2.

It definitely was not a binge watch for me. It was a struggle to finish.

Season 3 was definitely better than season 2.

Season 4 is already in the works and is gonna star Jodie Foster. Should be out sometime this year.

Im a big fan of moves, tv shows about prison life and how its connected to the outside world. This series is a good depiction of the ties between the two worlds.

Another good movie that has the similar concept is Shotcaller.

“Shotcaller” was fantastic. A shame more people didn’t see it.

Decided to finally watch The Newsroom, HBO show from about 10 years ago. 2 episodes in and I think I'm really going to enjoy it. Sorkin is always solid though.

Also watching episodes of Shrinking and Poker Face as they come out. Really enjoying both of those so far

Agree with Poker Face. Better than I thought it was going to be.

Poker Face is a fun show, I've always like Natasha Lyonne.

Started to watch Ark1. Its only 2 episodes in. Looks typical your run of the mill "Earth is dead, need new home and go on a century long mission"

Kind of sounds like it has a Battlestar Galactica vibe to it.
