Which superstars last year took off fewer than six games for load management or load management that they pretended was for an injury (like the Mavs do with Luka all the time)?

Remember, the league had to create a system to penalize teams for resting players and a regular season tournament to give more credibility to these games. The NBA knows they have a big problem.

Nobody is going to care about the in-season tourney. (Definitely not me).

I still want to see data from both sides if one claims rest does matter and the other side says it makes no difference.

There’s no data because you can’t possibly account for all of the confounders.

I think the anti-rest side can point to how many injuries these load management guys still suffer (Kawhi, Curry, LeBron, Davis, Giannis, etc) as evidence that it doesn’t work.
