Another perspective is in his second AB (technically 3rd time up) the infield was playing in d/t runners in scoring position. He hit a 100+mph groundball that nobody was touching. His 3rd AB (4th plate appearance) they shifted him and he pushed it the the left side of the infield for a seeing eye single. I would argue it was more approach related than luck.

Great all around game for Soto! I love how some of the fellow boardies talk about his game like they are ex major leaguers.

I mean, sure, but look at the side shots of those swings. He wasn't 100% attempting to go the other way.

Also, that swing in his last AB was bad. Just, bad.

You could be right, there’s always a chance we are incorrect. But I’ll take 3-4 with some ribb E’s and SB’s if this is part of “bad swings” and “struggling” in the MLB.

You're right. Just took another look at his 4th plate appearance. It was a middle-in off-speed pitch in a 2-0 count that he sort of just fought off. Definitely not the prettiest AB but I stand by my statement on his 3rd plate appearance. Shift was on, fastball middle-in, took it oppo. Yeah, can't defend that last AB. Just the pitcher getting the better of him.

Yep. He definitely looked in pain at the end of the swing and if you rewatch him down the line he was hobbling.

He's listed as day to day already on my fantasy roster.

Juan Soto just grimaced and grabbed his left hamstring on a swing that nearly produced a three-run homer. He favored the leg as he jogged down to first base. Last thing the Nats want to see when they’re up 15-5."

PSA 10 Gatorade ends in an hour its at 4200.

I think the last one was at 6500?

Sucks for the seller went from maybe getting a nice boost with a pretty nice day from Soto to who knows if anyone else bids or the current buyer even pays up with another injury probably coming down the pipe.

Interested to see what happens with this one and the PSA 10 gold on Sunday.

I really want to compulsively start buying now but I'm gonna be mature and patient and wait until the off season. I don't see a reason things go up between now and then.

Don't buy anything that you will be able to find for sale from November to January. The lockout paranoia discounts will be glorious

LINK: https://www.cbssports.com/fantasy/ba...-to-cramp/amp/

Soto's exit from Wednesday's win over the Rays was the result of a cramp in his left leg, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

There was initially concern that Soto suffered a more severe hamstring injury after he grabbed his leg and exited following his eighth-inning at-bat. Luckily, it looks like the star outfielder was only dealing with a cramp, so he's unlikely to be sidelined past Wednesday. Soto filled up the box score prior to exiting, logging three singles, one walk, a pair of stolen bases, two RBI and three runs scored.

Awesome. Glad he's healthy. People are still bidding this Gatorade.

6,350 with 22 minutes to go.. very surprising that the Acuna SSP ending at the same time is at 6,448.

I don't think PSA 10s of these twos SSP be basically the same price.

Edit. All is right in the world. Soto's didn't budge and Acuna pushed to 9120 in the final seconds.

Pool will be shallow, I'm afraid.
