I believe he's not eligible considering he was signed in the middle of the season, and no one had him at that moment. Just like how 2016 MLB draft picks aren't eligible unless already on a team.

Yeah we stated earlier that the only time players were eligible to be added to minor league rosters if they were not in the player pool was in the draft. So despite you drafting him originally, he's not eligible to be added now, sorry. I looked at adding him earlier too. If Homerun's guy is over the limits, he will need to be dropped or moved to a major league team

He's eligible when ESPN adds him. When you dropped him he became ineligible like everyone else that's not in the pool

No, I had a guy on my minors that he has on his majors now since he was over the limit. I have an open minor spot now.
