Everything from WA state is horrible, overpriced coffee, over rated bands, #@#@#@#@ flannel and freezing fog. The only thing that state has contributed is the dysentery everyone dies of on the Oregon trail. Canada should annex it as a favor to the rest of us.

At least Seattle can lay claim to the musical masterpiece known as Baby Got Back by Sir Mixalot.

Sorry this was so confusing for you. Seemed pretty straightforward but Ill try to break down in simpler terms for ya.

1. Im asking poster to simply explain his opinion of 'what has changed' since week 1.

2. To answer your question - no - I dont believe players are as 'fresh' as they would have been week 1. However - that question wasn't even posed yet.

3. Please explain how you define 'player freshness' and 'what has changed' between these teams since week 1. If all payers are not as fresh as they were week 1 (which Im sure we both agree they mostly are) - doesnt that keep this part of the playing field level? Rendering your point a push?

Will be looking forward to anyone posting what has changed between these 2 teams from their meeting week 1 that would sway the results enough to flip the outcome. Anyone? Bueller?

While your smart-alec shtick is downright witty and hilarious I will talk to you like an adult like you deserve.

Yes...I believe there is a huge difference between being fresh in Week 1 and being beaten and abused by the full NFL schedule by the time the NFC Championship game comes around.

Players' bodies react differently. One guy may have been able to make that tackle in Week 1 that he missed on Sunday that decided the outcome of the game in the NFC Championship because his body is not at full capacity.

Right. My point is - if all players are equally worn down, how does that sway the outcome from week 1? What specifically about all players not being at full capacity due to grind of the season flips the end result? Wouldnt it make that issue a push in theory? And to your point - Rodgers - hands down the most important player for GB is pretty injured. Per your logic that would embolden the week 1 result, not counteract it, no?

Jesus there is some bickering in this thread already. Two great teams are about to play to go to the Super Bowl. One of the greatest QB's hobbled or not and one of the best defenses we've seen since the Ravens. I just wish it was Sunday, good luck Pack, I'll be back in this thread on Sunday

You asked:

What has changed since Week 1?

I essentially answered:

Players abilities to make plays due to fatigue.

There is no way to measure which team has more fatigued guys but that IS a change since Week 1? No?

Yep I agree with you per your theory that is technically a 'change' from week 1. However where I disagree is that its a change that ultimately doesnt effect the outcome, rendering a much more similar than different result.

Now theories aside - watching Seattle play, no one seems very fatigued on that team and the fact is they have played much better 2nd half of season vs 1st half.

Personally I dont think Ive used the term 'legon of boom' once this season. It was fun last year and year before and has grown corny imho.

Bash Bros was McGwire/Canseco from Oakland btw, nothing to do w/PNW.

I did think Boz was cool as a kid - until I started watching him play. I remember my dad and I being extremely disappointed about his pro career. I was too young to follow college ball at the time.

Gotta be honest redsoxx11, Im a little disappointed in your tired-arse cliches didnt come stronger. But thanks for playing!

Tired ass comebacks, trying non-sequiter that no one gets because it's not actually non-sequiter, over explanatory reasoning and his life story about his dad and there less then passionate relationship with the Boz.

Im not trying to cram anything down your throat and i dont care where the heck youve worked or been.

you sound exactly like every player interviewed prior to actually playing there. They sing a diff tune when asking a reporter to repeat the question several times in the post game interview lol.

I honestly dont care what you think.. it is a fact that the stadium is ridiculously loud and common knowledge that is a big part of our home field advantage.. are you really arguing against that? Please find me 10.. heck 5 people that will stand by that claim.

Oh and for reference. Ive been to events all across the country. Ive been to the old yankee stadium.. to madison square garden.. doak campbell when at full capacity of 80k plus for rivalry games vs florida and miami etc.. at the swamp.. raymond james when the bucs were still good.. the georgia dome during a falcons bucs game with division implications.. tropicana.. husky stadium back when they were a title team til present.. kingdome.. safeco.. yada yada yada.. ive been around a bit.

The closest thing to the noise of the clink is doak campbell at full capacity during big games hands down.

Anyways you seem to have a weird chip on your shoulder and a stick somewhere else so ill just leave it at this.

Good luck rooting on you team.

I honestly have nothing against the Seahawks team itself. They've been a fantastic team to watch the last couple of years. The reason I hope they lose is out of safety for certain posters whose heads may explode for getting to big if the TEAM wins back to back titles.

Yeah, the Seahawks are a ton of fun to watch but I just can't find myself to root for them solely due to the few obnoxious fans on here.

And unfortunately, those people make ALL Seahawks fan look crazy.

Believe it or not, I'd say most Seahawks fans are "guarded". Are we enjoying the last few years? Sure! But we've also seen our team go from the Superbowl to 4-12 in 3 years. We've been there when there was a good chance our team was moving.

We've been through hell, and it's finally our time, and the insane fans that think this team is godlike don't want to admit to themselves that we are 2-3 injuries away from being MEDIOCRE.

So I'll enjoy it as long as I can, because who knows, we could become the Patriots and be a good team for 15 years, but have not accomplished anything in the last 11.

The most wins and highest winning percentage in the NFL in that time span is "accomplishing nothing?"

Man...the Pats have set the bar impossibly high...
