Composite was over $5k a case at release. I'm sure these will be as well as it should be a better product.

So, will licensed Topps Chrome NFL be $850/box in 2026? Either way, I love that the autograph lineup is already 100 times better than the highest end stuff we've gotten for the last however many years.

Picked up one box, don't love the price but the cards look pretty nice for unlicensed.

From what i see, the only current Steelers on the checklist are the rookies? About 10 Steeler greats but no Watt, Pickens, Najee etc, seems odd to me

While 12 less packs than previous years, they have 4 more cards per pack so you still get 96 cards per box. Love the design, just too rich for me at that price point

I don't believe they can use active players yet aside from the rookies

Correct, next year I think they will have the NFLPA license so they can have current players. I do find it amusing that there is more Terry Bradshaw cards coming out now on yearly basis than the entirety of career. Do player collectors even count non playing days cards? Only autographs and patch?

Prices are so bad in everything

Great rookie class though

But 330 for no logos

Also cannot imagine how much of this is made ?

If red waves are /50, just shy of 4,400 hobby cases. And if breaker SKU is 10 per case, that puts those at 2,500 cases.

Retail I don't see a way to definitively pin it but at least 9.5k 40x box cases of blasters and ~7k 20 box mega cases looks like

Totally agree! I collect Shannon Sharpe and Steve Atwater cards. On a good note, numbered base vet cards are usually pretty reasonable. But with so many parallels, I usually don't include anything below /10 unless I get a good deal on something. The constant autos is what is difficult to keep up with for even moderately priced vets like Atwater. It is hard to justify $25 or $30 minimum per autographed card with multiple color variations. I usually try to get the un-numbered or highest numbered version and then focus on other things.

The price for wax these days is asinine. For unlicensed no logos, this should not be a dollar over $200.

That ssid. I fully expect my LCS will have this with a shelf price of $450-$500

Shouldn’t be a dollar over $60.

2024 Panini Prizm Baseball FOTL unlicensed sold out at $158 a box maybe a month or two ago. That was with Skenes rookies who has obviously been on fire. It's technically between $250-$300 a box now but it is a more niche product that doesn't sell often. I don't think any dealer has even been close to paying $250 for them. It's more a product that an individual collector actually buys to rip.

Per box just the autographs and shimmers alone are 4 shimmers /15 or less and 4 autographs with one /8 or less. How Topps/Fanatics has managed to trick people into thinking unlicensed is worth something I have no idea.

You run your response through chatgpt or something? Incredibly succinct. Well done my friend, and I agree.

I passed on hobby and will instead buy sapphire. Like composite megas look good again.

What I like about this over basketball. You have the potential to pull all parallels from hobby. Supers red etc minus the hobby exclusives. In basketball they took away supers and # cards for that release.

I think this product will do better than some imagine (time will tell!). I'm wondering what the cost of the sapphire box will be.......450??

Anyone know whether cards from players who played for teams that are now defunct/new names (Redskins, LA/Oakland Raiders, St. Louis Rams, San Diego Chargers) actually could have the logos on them?

Anyone know if these NFL retains the rights to those older names and are covered by the expiring Panini contract, too?
