I've only seen him for the England youth teams. He looks tidy - I don't see him breaking through at Chelsea though unfortunately - and I'm not sure about his loan move to Moscow either with it's transfer clause, that would be an interesting career move

Yeah, there's just no room for him. That'd be strange if he stayed in Russia permanently - there is a buy back option, but it's pretty damn steep.

Hits from 7 boxes from the same case this past week. I like this product a lot more than this year’s Topps Chrome.

Decided to get a case of this for our traditional Christmas break. Really like the photography and overall this is a fun break.

My LCS got a case of this back in stock so I grabbed a box last night.

The cards were all stuck together which made this a lot less fun. I had to literally peel some cards off of each other. Wonder if this is just due to time they sat untouched in the packs or due to conditions they were stored in.

Best cards were a Jota auto and a Messi orange / yellow wave. Think I got all the big rookies but none in a parallel.

Interested in Jota auto.

I did a couple of Liverpool breaks and did pretty well. But the cards were sticking together often. Thankfully it wasn't too bad and there didn't seem to be any damage.

Thinking of doing a case of this for Christmas. Was my favorite product of the year from a design perspective. At the current price point (between $3500-$3900) for a case, how good of a rip is this on a scale of 1-10?

From a value standpoint, to those of you who have ripped a case recently (not at release), how much value have you gotten back by selling off singles? Anyone care to share any details?

I'd probably give it a 5 overall. I love the design but the cards (both parallels and base) but they don't seem to do as well as others in the market. As singles I've gotten a lot more "deals" than from Chrome for example. I think the boxes have fewer parallels per box also although someone else probably can advise better. And the auto list is pretty limited on people who draw $$'s - but if anyone wants Lucas Klosterman or Matheus Fernandez autos let me know) . My experience is that at $250ish per.box that I don't break even on most of them (opened maybe 5-6). Just my $0.02

I love the product too. Thought about getting one as well, but I have zero expectation of any reasonable ROI. I stopped calculating my own EV for these products because I think it’s pretty upside down on all of them.

You get 11.x base cards of everyone per case. Essentially 90-95% of a base set per box on average. So probably working hard on singles there you get to 500? Maybe? Then half a refractor set… on average maybe 200. Then about 50% shot at every player for color. Obviously too heavy on value… but I don’t think average of that and autos get us close to $3k. If I had to guess, average EV is probably $1500. With a low % chance for big hits that crush that EV and a fair number of $1200 singles return. And that’s with a fair bit of work.

No worse than other products… but this is priced like a limited product and has been released in a year with a ton of options so singles market is depressed.

Maybe these catch in because they are unique in the future and carry a preference… but stadium club historically in other products hasn’t been that preferred RC or anything.
