Well I have nothing to hide, I'm confident that he can't sue me - I thought why not? Besides, he was going to ask the moderators if they could hand out my info, and Houdini has bigger things on his hand than this idiot.

The information I gave him were just my address, real name, and email address, which anyone could get if I buy from them here so I thought it was no biggie. If he tries to contact me or actually sue me, half of family(dad, uncle, cousins) are lawyers. I'm sure they can deal with him.

He would have to be some kind of stupid to sue some guy in Korea over something he said on the internet

Wow... this thread got interesting in a hurry!

The funniest part about the whole thing is that he thinks the supposed defamation of character will cost him more than the $6500 offer he turned down.

Guy hurt his own reputation far more than the shilling comments.

Don't blame this on the auction house chose. Collect Auctions is always great and got strong prices on their other modern cards.

Comparisons from their last auction:
1993 SP Jeter SGC 7 - $216 at Collect
Last 3 eBay Sales: $299, $175, $208

1989 Upper Deck Griffey PSA 10 - $1,669 at Collect
Last 3 eBay Sales - $1,600, $1,662, $1,700

2012 Topps Chrome Mike Trout Refractor BGS 9.5 - $385 at Collect
Only 2 eBay Sales - $345 & $262.59

2012 Heritage Trout BGS 9 - $216 at Collect
Last 3 eBay Sales - $275, $180, $152.50

2011 Update Trout BGS 6.5 - $845 at Collect
Last 3 eBay Sales - $700, $600, $600

Collect Auctions had lots of press and eyes on their auction for that Fleer case. These cards proved that they sold their modern cards at or above current market value. If your card was worth the $3000 plus BP it would have sold in their auction.

Innocent people who were lynched like rogermaris and the like never threatened legal action, then this guy blows up threatening to sue people for saying that he's probably going to shill-bid. Weird.
Sure the mods might have a different opinion on this.

Is 1deh1 and ayalar09 the same person?

I only read a few pages and became confused as I do not know who the owner is

The obvious way to handle this would be an eBay auction.

1deh1 is the owner of a different trout 1/1 which had its own separate thread of shenanigans. I just sort of bled over to this thread.

Where are you getting that from? Ayalar09 has been the exact opposite of 1deh1.

I skim-read the thread before I asked the question. I just read it all know and I realized they are different.

The authentication code says

Swatch of HOUSTON ASTROS Game-Used Line-Up Card, HOUSTON ASTROS v. LOS ANGELES ANGELS, TROUT in Line-Up on 7/20/18, ORIGINAL HOLOGRAM #JD239792

When you go to the original hologram it says

Line-up card from the Astros dugout.

The Angels almost got no hit that day by Keuchel. Trout was 0-4 that day. Tyler Skaggs took the loss that day

That’s a piece of history right there !

A lineup card from the other teams dugout of a day trout would like to forget. Trout collectors line up !!
