Interesting that PSA put 'MLB Icons Framed Base' on that Transcendent card instead of just Transcendent, his name and card #.

At the very top they did put Tran but did not spell it all the way out but agree they should have reduced the letters for Icons Framed Based to fit in full Transcendent

What? is that 1965 seager from.. awesome

It is from the Walmart Archives 65th Anniversary issue. It is an SSP and no print run provided that I have seen.

Just looked on ebay.. like 5-6 total.. seeing ssp prices on harper and bryant archives..

These might be steals right now....

I have seen more of the Archives than I have of the Foil cards. It is numbered to 177 but many are locked up in sealed sets. The Opening Day auto is another I have not seen many of

I see 2...and actually one because they are from the same seller (buy it now and auction).

If I'm missing the other 3-4, PM links to me.

I've done research on the Archives, so I can tell you a little of what the expected print run on it should be.

From my calculations, I've determined there are roughly 41,550 boxes.

The Rookie SP is 1:42 (that's off memory, so if I'm wrong correct me. Can check a box later).

With 6 subjects (IF they are all equal number), there should be roughly 165 of each. The Veteran SP (10 subjects, 1:21 boxes) is roughly 200 per.

The rookie ones are definitely tough pulls. I think there is a lot of this stuff that's left unopened.

I don't think that the entire run of it was put out at first. I have gone back to my 2 walmarts to see it restocked 3-4 times. I usually buy them all when I'm there, so maybe they are just putting them there because they are selling quickly.

I've opened roughly 15 boxes of this. I've pulled two of the veterans (clemente and griffey) and 1 rookie (Snell). That Seager is a beauty! I may do that set, as it's a cool one to have. PSA graded looks great on them as well.

Hope this helps!

I've picked up one Schwarber, and 2 Schwarber autos which also have to be super SPd. Personally, I think that these will be the best rookie logo cards of any player that has one of these cards aside from the flagship Archives Desert Shield parallels.

Someone listed the archives SP PSA 9 for 2 G's. Rediculous.

Anybody watching that archives SSP? Just went down from 490 to 360. That's a big retraction - I hate when that stuff happens, even if legitimate. Doesn't everyone know what the highest bid is?
