The Jays have played 16 games, so essentially 10% of the season. Just based on this very small sample size, Vlad is on pace for .351, 50 HR, 120 RBI, and a 1.058 OPS.

Yes, it’s completely unreliable to extrapolate from 16 games. However, it doesn’t feel like he’s even been at his best, and yet he’s putting up some gaudy numbers.

Just imagine when Teoscar comes back and Bichette starts hitting, and then the league maybe starts giving Vlad more to hit…

i still think the ideal lineup has Vlad at 2, and Bo at 3.

Your best hitter needs to get the most ABs over the course of a season.

It would be an interesting move, would Vlad ever score a run if Bo was behind him lol .213? Swinging at wild high outside fastballs, Bo is trying to hard.

when your best contact hitter is your best power hitter is your best OBP hitter, you get him the most at-bats imaginable.

John Gibbons' best lineups had Jose Bautista at leadoff, with Josh Donaldson in the 2-hole.

Bichette should bat 5th with Vlad at 2, Teoscar at 3 and Gurriel at 4

Not a bum at all but right not with a 200 OBP he needs to be dropped in the order until he gets it corrected.

Always tough to remove a PC card from one's collection....but, I've tried to live by the rule that if I sell any Vlad cards it's only to re-up to a greater card. I feel I may have just accomplished that.

So, this just happened over the past 2 weeks. Time to stay goodbye to this beauty....

Agreed. Bumped from 3 to 6 after some big sale, I think it was a TC complete set red that went over 5k. I had the Sterling listed around 3k on myslabs for a while. I believe the auction winner is the same interested buyer who contacted me through ebay when I had it listed. I most certainly could have done better making a deal directly with him, but one never knows if the auction will bring out the big bids or not. I still came ahead on this one, so I cant really be disappointed.
