It's not just at the Nationals, it's a lot of sellers. There is a massive FOMO going on right now where people want to sell Ohtani cards but are afraid that there is a big price hike on the way or they will massively regret it in the future. I've even asked people for a cash offer price on cards for sale and they refuse to provide one because they suspect I know something they don't , simply cause I've done reasonably well in the past

I bought a similar one that doesn't have anything on the slab as far as Variation also. I believe the ones that were graded early weren't specified (Same as the early Bat Down Acuna's). All the others I've seen say "Rookie" underneath his name

That one is on my list also - very few Ohtani RCs have him hitting and pitching - I believe there are only 4 total

I wanted one of those, but passed on a raw for $817. Oh well! Beautiful card. From what I heard if anyone had Ohtani it did not last long. A friend also told me he could not find ANY raw Ohtani RC cards!!!!!!!

If we think the prices are crazy now, wait until he gets to 50 in August.
