Also, something that is lost on people……. Fielding is part of baseball. In fact, there’s nothing more foundational to the game than picking up a glove and playing catch. Now, I’d prefer a better action, like this one below. But US1 is still passable. ![]() Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

I like his update SP “Pointing” image best of all his rookies.
Second for me is the bowman chrome rookie auto. Just the two that jump out to me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It doesn’t care about dudes smiling at a camera on some spring training back field, either. But nobody’s complaining about Griffey’s UD rook. And only if collectors hadn’t resoundingly rejected Jeter’s ‘93 SP, he could’ve been something in this hobby! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

The Complete Set 700 is my favourite when it comes to base photos.

Just pulled the trigger on an expensive card for me, a psa 10 chrome update #21 refractor. Was $420 after tax on eBay. Always makes me nervous spending that much on a card but I think it was an ok price.

That’s seems to be the going rate for that card, Feb 1st that card sold for $390 plus shipping. Nice card especially since it’s numbered to /499. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I almost broke my spending moratorium for that listing, because the price was so good. You did quite well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

Vlad and Ohtani are two guys I just really enjoy watching. They're the only two active players I collect (Mariano Rivera and Bob Gibson are the others). Their stuff seems pretty cheap compared to how good they are. It's nice to have new cards to enjoy since my other two guys don't have a lot of interesting stuff made anymore.

Yup. That really deserved a $401 bid at the end. It wasn't on my radar. |
