Has anyone else had problems with the Chad Michael Murray customer service people from his website that run his shop?

They are giving me the run around. I emailed them in 3 different locations once on May 27th then June 6th and again yesterday June 9th.

Yesterday brought two different answers. One said they will replace the damaged photo. The other said I need to use Route which I have no idea what that is. When I went to the website Route is only for lost or stolen. You send an email with photos of the damaged or wrong item.

If they replace it they said they are out of stock of the photo I ordered. Well I don't know what role he was in in the only remaining photo. The photo I ordered is from A Cinderella Story, a role I know.

The envelope was never marked "do not bend photo inside". There was no top loader or instead two thick pieces of cardboard around the photo. My mail carrier folded it in half and shoved it in my mailbox. The envelope doesn't even lie flat and it is a thick one too.

I didn't know if I was the only one having a problem. He had a sale on signed photos I did a pre-order.

I read online that if they agree that there is a problem they would send you a shipping label and you return it and it sounds like you get your money back. I don't want a photo in a role I don't know. A head shot would be one thing. I'm really on edge. It shouldn't have taken so long to reply to me and now I'm getting the run around.

Never dealt with that store, but if they are directing you through Route then definitely do it. I've used Route before for something that arrived damaged. It's basically a third-party company that is used by tons of online shops. You have to fill out a form and upload photos as proof. Once you submit that, they see if the same exact item is available to be replaced from the original store you purchased it from, and if not, it turns into a refund.

I'm not a "big" fan of Maroon 5 but I'm still a fan of them (basically not a groupie but enjoy their music).

I also see an opportunity with these. Added 4 more (discounted) CDs too.

Goal is to add some (and gift some to fam/friends) for free when all said and done.
