Was $177 subtracted from your store credit?

Are you sure they just didn't add a small amount to the running total of the batch?

Sorry if this was answered in the past 562 pages, but felt like it would hopefully be easy for someone to give a quick answer: Assuming I sent in my first box of 500 cards on Monday (should arrive to them Thurs/Fri), how soon after it hits their doorstep are they likely to start inputting/processing the order? I only ask because I have been having my son do the card number challenges to earn some money (rather give him the $1 than pay $1.08 after tax). He enjoys doing it and has racked up $12 so far the past two days. I am wondering how long I can let him go before I need to fund my account with the full $250 in available credit and/or whether I get put into the abyss if they get to my box without the requisite amount in my available credit. Thanks for any advice.

To clarify, it was just the basic 50 cent/card x 500 cards. Nothing unusual or vintage. Just standard issues from 1980-2002.

The first step is for them to log in the batch. I had a package delivered there today but I don’t expect it to log until late this week or next week. That’s when the clock starts. The three weeks have been on time lately, so you’ll probably start seeing them a few day to a week before the due date.

I've had a few arrive Monday and Tuesday that haven't been logged in.

Hopefully soon... A couple were Elite so it stinks a bit that they sit there for days ahead.

Yes it was deducted from my store credit! So they Found Cards 10 Years Later??? I dont think so

They need to pull credit off the books somehow to keep their cash flow up.

My 12/30 date has been pushed to 2/2 now....

...oh, you were serious? Yeah, speaking to "the manager" won't accomplish anything - it was probably Julia who signed off on it, in the first place.

They'd have more luck taking it to social media and public shaming COMC into giving the money back.

My 12/21 has now been pushed back to 1/26
3 weeks processing my ass
these guys are a joke
worst customer service never respond and they cant provide any service even remotely close to what they say
I had i submission half way through processing they just stopped and left it for over a month
wtf is wrong with these guys?

I had 3 packages that all arrived to COMC on the 8th, only one has been logged in so far. We're a week in at this point....

Pathetic company. So sick of the covid excuse. These companies are getting far too comfortable providing crappy service while employing low staff levels.

I sent in a few Elite submissions and entered tracking, they have sat since Monday.

What's crazy is it's nice stuff that will make them plenty of money beyond the $2 per card. Open the darn things COMC

They can cry covid all they want. If you cant start fixing and improving your business 9 months in they need to look inward and realize this in on their management. (I'd assume their lower level workers realize that, I'm sure they're doing what they can, it's upper levels to blame)

Yeah when is 12 week coming back? The Current Year option is too expensive for cards that arent going to get more than a $1. Or is it gone forever? I have like 300 cards backed up by now.

Good if it keeps junk off the site.

Personally they probably have seen they can stay just as busy charging people more, and still get away with taking 12 weeks or more
