Well there's the whole second half of the season a lot of people seem to forgeet about.

The story could easily become that he fixed something during the All-Star break and now he's the second-half hero. Same with a lot of guys. Volpe became All-Star caliber literally overnight.

I do agree that even if Sevy figures it out somehow, the most the Yanks should offer is a one year deal.

Everson Pereira

so while Pereira isn't going to get the call, neither is Florial because they removed him from the 40-man and would need to create room.........

I feel bad for the kid. only 54 major league at bats to prove he "can't cut it"

but at AAA this season - .295/.391/.601/.992, 21 HR, 50 RBI, 18/27 SB, 91 K, 45 BB, 317 PA

but they will probably promote Cordero, passing up Peraza as well....

this team hates their own players... adding Misiewicz or whatever his name is, as opposed to adding someone from AAA to the 40-man and earning a promotion

Last 30 games, Gleyber, DJ, Rizzo, Stanton, Gleyber has the highest avg at .202. Not one has stepped up. Pathetic.

Not a lot of pitches. He really economically got the Cubs out in the second inning., It was over in a blink of an eye.

Another nice play by Volpe and a caught stealing to end the inning unfortunately Marinaccio gave up a run to make it 3-0 Cubs stupid challenge by cubs hope it comes back to haunt them.

And fans pay alot of money to go to Yankee Stadium to see this P.O.S team. I mean 14-1 last night and only 1 hit and 2 walks through 7 tonight. I think of the guy working a menial job and treating his son to a game and this team’s performance is what he wasted his paycheck on. I am watching on my tv in Mississippi and I feel robbed.
