They only drop 20,000 or 30,000 packs at a time. Then usually on the next drop all the old mints get pulled with the new ones. For example, when Watto was announced everyone was still pulling Choppers and Chewbaccas and some Wattos. The packs are available in the master packs right now if you pay to get access.

After the reward I am sure there will be a new mint, but then there are going to be a ton of Wattos pulled and it will lose value.

The key to every set is getting the low count card. In this case you have 5000 of the others and only 2000 Watto so demand is high for Watto while supply is low. Same goes with Rust Firebrands right now.

I didn't know how the Mints worked. Like I said, I never bought a pack so I didn't care. 10,000 credits for one pack is too saucy for me.

Watto will lose value as soon as the award hits. I really don't like the look of the set, but I won't mind having the award. I don't think there will be too many of them.

I totally get supply & demand. I just wasn't chasing this set, found myself with 5 of the 6, and I learned yesterday that today was the cutoff for the award. Since I only needed one card, I figured I might as well complete the set. At the time I didn't realize Watto was so tough!

What gives with the Classic Card Art Leia insert? Got really lucky today and got 2 with 20k credits and have now gotten 43 trade requests in 5 hours- many of them for 13-14 sold out inserts and golds. Is there a set award tomorrow or something?

Edit: Looking at the FB page looks like this card will only be on sale for 1.5 hours total with a 1:20 pull chance... is this going to be the SP of the Classic Art cards?

What time was the pack available? I watched for it just about all day and never saw it. Never got a notification either.

I got a push notification about it this morning at 9AM PST and they went on sale for 30 min at 10AM PST/1PM EST. Looks like it will probably be the same time tomorrow as well so keep an eye out.

I will be trying for some more as well... I have been doing quite well for my measly stash of free credits daily 2 Dagobah inserts in 2 packs the other day and an orange Palpatine with 10k credits... This is a fun app to play with when I am bored

Could only get started when they released for Android so not really going to go nuts trying to get everything, too much of a handicap.

I have a newb question. Lots of people who started this app before me have light blue-vintagey looking cards. There is an Alec Guinness as Obi Wan Kenobi card. There's a Grand Moff Tarkin card. There's a Luke Skywalker card. There's also one of Luke/Leia swinging over the chasm in the Death Star. They are all sold out.

My question is, how did they get them? What's the name of the set? How long ago were they offered?

That is the "Commemoratives" set. They were released sort of how the "Classic Art Packs" of today are released. The packs were only available for a short time. At any given time, there was one (or was it two?) commemorative inserts in the pack. I'm sure someone could explain it better. I'm tired, hah.

It is also one of the few sets in the game that did "not" have an award card. The set is still desired to this day and is technically not a dead set no one wants!
