It's true that Double A shot an uncharacteristic 1-7 from beyond the arc in the closeout game, but the 14 points, 13 rebounds, two steals, and four assists almost certainly helped a solid team effort. He and Nembhard, fittingly, have nearly identical playoff stats. The two still in 50/40/90 contention.

I just see no reason to root for Indiana. They are the most boring bunch of nerds on the planet

I guess depends on how you feel about Nomad?

I’d rather see the Knicks in the finals as a random fan

I can't even see I pick the Pacers in the next series. Beating a fully healthy Knicks with an improved OG and emergent Deuce is no laughing matter. Doing it in MSG... just glad they had that experience before... which built on the near final game of the season before, when Knicks were winching for 5th.

If so called investors still have not picked up on Pacers, they must be too flush from peak COVID insanity. Picking the wrong playas and all, still making bank.

For me, I don't like Brunson. He flops way too much and leans in to draw fouls. He is like a mini Embiid. Also, hard to root for New York teams. Indiana players I really don't think any of them move the needle for me good or bad. I do like we have two new teams though.

Sorry, ahem two new teams? Pacers ECF returnees, having finished off Knicks in semis last year.

More like a familiar rivalry. I do hope this series gets your full attention. There will def be players on Pacers who move needles, if you watch with a receptive mindset.

Had two of the most exciting finishes in years in the last two series. Of course they were Midwest centric, no one was watching.
