Not true. It varies from 3 weeks to a month or two. Rarely they go to 3 months.

Just got a card added to my account through mailbox(56 days to process) and even though its not slabbed, I see they have added a grading...

They haven't updated their blog since October 6th. They are still showing these dates:
We are currently working on the following due dates: Economy Shipping: 09/04 – 09/18 Basic (retired): 05/15 – 6/01 Current Year 3 Week: 08/08 – 8/24 12 Week: 06/13 – 07/13 I contacted COMC through Facebook a week ago to complain that my package, which was due to be shipped on Sep 21 still wasn't shipped. I was told that my packaged would be "expedited". That was a week ago. Apparently COMC's definition of expedited is "probably never". |

Odd, when I did that I (surprisingly didn't) get that. If you have a twitter, I DM them often now when I want something done, it seems to work.

So finally getting some cards processed back from May from my 2000 card submission. Funny thing is when I price a card now and click on it and view it from the other cards listed on the site it says on myn Item stored remotely, standard shipping only. Anyone having this problem? Crazy that it took this long to start processing them and now it will hurt my sales because someone can’t buy the card and get expedited shipping... #@♂️

Because of their COVID restrictions, they've started doing some off-site processing and storing at alternate locations in order to try and process cards a little faster. Once they are scanned and identified, it takes about a week or so for them to move to the main warehouse and your "Item Stored Remotely" tage will disappear. It's been happening for months.

COMC is horrible!
Close to 4 months since I requested my shipping order and still not shipped Requested: 6/18/2020 Estimated: 9/18/2020 Emailed them 9/29/2020 asking what was up and was told: " I've been given good news though regarding this order in that October 16, 2020 is a WORST CASE scenario rather than an estimate, and that it's likely to ship sometime next week and that it'll be upgraded to a 2-day FedEx service along with being combined with your order that you placed on September 7, 2020. " I email them again today as its OCT 16, the apparent worst case and the response was “Im on it” What kind of company/service is this? 4 months to ship? Lol- THEY SHOULD HAVE SOME SORT OF ACTION AGAINST THEM |
