Well if the Dbacks do advance, they're guaranteed to win the World Series because they beat Milwaukee in the playoffs....just like the '21 Braves, '20 Dodgers, '19 Nationals.
Also the 2011 Cardinals and 2008 Phillies less recently.
Crazy stat.

It's also a really good omen for Arizona to have gone through the Dodgers since LA has lost plenty of times of late to the eventual champion.
