Interesting. Yea wouldn't be suprised if alot of the "pendings" fall off. Time will tell.

Exactly.

People can try and resist, but I can't wait to see PWCC and Probstein auctions with $2,500 /8s of Lonzo Ball with 72 bids, and 4 hours remaining.

all I want to say is Panini better reverse those authorizations they got for orders that didn't get completed. I don't want $2k sitting out there holding up my credit cards. I have some Black Friday shopping to do!

The twitter comments are the worst.

I love people that get butt hurt because they couldn't get anything. Like Panini took money out of their pocket.

I am sure they will...It seems like there are dozens on here (including myself) who have been charged for more then that have been confirmed.

Well I have 3 single box orders that say processing and I have gotten emails on and a 3 box order that says pending with no email. Guess I will wait and see what I get.

I am one of the guys that wasted three hours for nothing. Pretty frustrated at the moment. I eventually moved to the app per their tweet but was still unable to order. Off to get some work done, allready wasted way to much of my day.

Panini, I know you guys read these things. Some people are bashing you for terrible customer service. That is silly, your customer service is way better than most. That being said, you really dropped the ball with this one. There is no way you didn't see this happening, if you didn't, maybe you guys need some fresh blood in house. So many things that should have been done to avoid this hiatus.

Good day

Dear panini,

Even though your server is terrible and your customer service and quality control is horrible. Thank you for attempting to do something right with the FOTL program and releasing a product directly to us, your collectors, at a price that we are not being severely gouged.

I was recently told that every FOLT has been at 11:00am EST (so that was known by many), but releasing the day was a huge mistake.

I disagree. If people don't complain Panini won't change things or at least attempt too.

Weird, that some users have been able to buy theirs after that tweet. You guys get confirmation emails?

I was lucky enough to get 6 right at the end of the 3 hours online. I switched to the app right before they sold out.

Anybody who has tried to order an in demand product onilne has done this dance before.

People who complain are the worst.

Panini didn't do anything "wrong" here. People are literally saying "F*** You Panini, you guys suck!". Or the common "Thanks for wasting 3 hours of my life for nothing".

Panini did what they promised to do. Had the site not crashed (again, everybody knew it would), the majority still would have been left out. It was just as fair to everybody. Actually, I'd venture to guess it was even more fair because those who kept trying are the ones who got it. For once persistence paid off. I got 2 orders in and will likely be refunded because Panini oversold (happens with every in demand online release), but I'm not salty about it all.

Panini shouldn't waste money on "better servers" just so that their site doesn't crash for a few hours out of the year. What a waste of money. The site was going down no matter what.

Nobody had their time wasted. People chose to click over and over again for hours. Panini didn't force you to buy.

People are addicts and when they don't get their fix they complain. People are the worst.

That assumes there are no red shimmer prizms of the insert sets. If there are the number of boxes goes up.

Yea, I'm just in charge of counting the boxes. You'll have to ask the mathematician.
