Maybe. Fournette will most likely leave for a bigger contract. Godwin, assuming he can still play, will have to accept being franchise tagged again. If not, it'll get ugly. Suh wanted to retire this year. Doubt he'll be back next.

All the young players who were supposed to be the next wave didn't pan out, T. Johnson, Miller, OJ Howard, and Brate looks like he's one step away from being in a wheelchair.

With 13 seconds left, why didn’t the Bills make KC return it? Unbelievable how people don’t know stuff like this?

Anyway, Josh Allen falls.

Prescott, Carr, Murray, Herbert etc

Hype is for suckers

Josh Allen falls

He played the best game of any QB this weekend.

It's almost like something other than the qb matters sometimes

The more success for Mahomes (to an extent) the better it is for the Brady market, too. In theory, as PM’s values rise that should also cause Brady’s to rise with it.

Not necessarily Mahomes specific since people pay a lot for Allen and Burrow

Allen winning it all would have been just as good?

It’s all about the end result, rings. If Allen finishes with 0 rings then what will his value be? How many qbs are extremely expensive and desirable and have 0 rings? History wise, not the mistake of new guys

If Mahomes were to get 2 and then 3 that would further set him apart from everyone else (in the modern market)

His prices at the third super bowl would likely be absurd… and to think he’d still have to get 4 more to catch Brady…

That’s exactly why he’s overpriced. If Herbert, Allen, Prescott, Carr etc had one ring we would all be losing our minds over them? Aikman has 3, Montana and Bradshaw have 4, Eli has 2 lol people just tend to be caught up in what’s current, without thinking of what’s likely to happen long term

Technically 8 Brady beat him head to head so Brady has the tie.

It’s a fair point. One could argue that Allen winning the SB would have been better, since he would have had a ring. So he and Mahomes would have one each. I think it would be better if things were spread around instead of all the attention on Mahomes. People already know Mahomes and pay a ton, so it would be better if Burrow wins it all since he doesn’t have any rings and people pay a lot for him still

Burrow might have a thing or two to say about this next weekend....

I really doubt Burrow does what Allen did today, probably not even really that close. It’ll be up to the Bengals defense to try and slow down Kelce and Hill, since Mahomes will of course have another big game

Burrow isn’t Josh Allen nor does he have to be. And Cincy isn’t Buffalo either.

And until those last 13 seconds, nobody is talking about Mahomes having a “big game”, it’s all about Josh Allen and his backyard football because the Bills haven’t figured out how to run the ball with their running back still.

That aside, I wouldn’t shoe in KC as a lock to win Sunday. I think the Bengals are going to surprise a few people.

What a great weekend of football! As a fan, to be glued to the TV for the ending of each game was awesome!

I hope you’re right, because KC losing would be pretty shocking

BGS 8 Champ Ticket sold for 1.29 million last night at PWCC premier despite the Bucs loss. It moved ~200K in the extended bidding after 10 PM. This is the highest recorded sale of a BGS 8 if I am not wrong.

Should the Bills have gone for two? Figuring you would have won or lost if they got it or not.

Wasn’t there a Bucs game where they scored a TD late to go up by 2, and they went for 2 and got it? They should have known KC was going to tie it

Maybe the loss will have zero effect? Brady winning would have been nice, but I guess you could say he didn’t need to win. If he had 9 rings, how big of a price jump would there be if he got to 10? Since what he’s done is most likely already out of reach. If not, it’s going to take obviously a long time for someone to take down one of his records, and it won’t be rings

Should be no surprise if prices don’t fall

Does anyone know how to find that link to the PSA 8 Champ Tix that’s coming up for auction? I’m pretty sure it’s Leland’s, but I can’t find again using the search.

Brady hasn't put a timeline on his decision, looks like we will be in a several month waiting game while he talks things over with his family, Gronk, the Bucs, etc....

If yesterday was his last game, I will miss him and football will not be the same.
