Which CCG subsidiary do I send a Leaf Pop Century Card? It would not qualify for CGC or CSG.

CGC only does Pokemon and Magic, so it would have to be CSG. I would just reach out to customer service to see if they would accept it.

Thanks.

And thanks for overlooking the formatting. I copied and pasted it from another forum and somehow it did not appear that way on my iPad.

I am getting my abbreviated TPGs mixed up. I meant to post this here.

I know CGS is tough on surfaces.

Above the glove there is some round circle. Every one of these cards has it. If every card has it would it affect the grade? Would the grader need to be aware of it to ignore it?

The corners on the back photo are going to get whacked down. Also on the 2nd photo of the back, there are 2 black dots. Is that on the top loader or the card. They will look at back surface just as hard.

Could worth both ways - if in fact EVERY card has it then it might help to wait until others have been graded to make sure some gem before proceeding with grading. However, there are times when a known issue with a card isn't "known" and it benefits from being first in line - one such card that comes to mind is the 1995 Bowmans Best Vladimir Guerrero Refractor RC. The card has notorious centering issues and the 4 that have gemmed and the 42 that got a 9 with no qualifiers for the most part were all very early graded cards before the baseline was established on how the proper centering should look. To put it in perspective, once the known center issuing was identified there have been zero of the card Gem and 172 9's have been granted with the "OC" qualifier.

I wasn't clear. I do not have a picture of my card. I was giving an example to view the dot above the glove.

I think considering how new CSG is, the real answer is "we don't know yet". The bigger company has a ton of experience in collectibles grading, but the sporting card division is new. It might be worth an email to their support staff to inquire about how exactly they treat systemic imperfections.

Is there any reason I can not send more than one Submission in the same shipment? Is there somewhere in the process where that would create an issue?

The submissions would be for different tiers. It makes sense to me to create a submission for each tier. Could I enter the same tracking number for each submission? One tier would be Express and one Economy. I would want subgrades for the Express, but not Economy.

Gotcha, my bad. Not sure we can really answer that question because I don't know there's enough CSG out there yet. I just know from my Chrome PC cards I sent them, the highest surface subgrade out of 14 cards was (one) 10. Most were 9.5.

A couple of the folks on the CSG Chat Board, said they sent their cards in one shipment that was a tier mix. I have not seen an update on any issues doing that. I think they just need to be separated by tier in the box.

You can send multiple submissions/tiers in each one. In the new input system where you populate your cards according to the tier selected once you click on review you can add another service.

I don't know the answer to that, but I have a couple Pristine 10s and a Perfect 10. I've submitted around 100 cards, some knowing I'd get a 9 or lower so it's not as if I was trying to get a 10 with every single card submitted. I'd say around 30 were serious candidates.

Nice. I’ve subbed around 200 cards. I’ve gotten 6 10s but no perfect 10s.

Sent an 8 card Burnes PC for my first grading with CSG. Everything was chrome Auto and all came back 9.5 Gem Mint.

I also think the color match green goes well in CSG cases.

Wow, That Tiger is amazing. I hope CSG ROI gets better this year, that card would be up there.

I just got my grades back for 30 economy cards, all 2019-2021...not even a pristine 10. Closest was a 4 Haaland topps now cards all 9.5 with 2 10s.

Sadly even my zion 9.5 parallels are right now worth what I paid for the card raw.

I hope ROI goes up as, have to hold on those cards.

Is it true that pack pulled autographed cards are required to have the signature graded for the $2.00 fee? That was said in the forum.
