I don't own any tobacco penny sleeves, but they're pretty snug in the pages, I'm not sure they'd fit with a sleeve. I did try to place a card in the third and fourth row on a 20 CT page, they fit, but like I said, they just barely stick out, it's probably not a huge deal, but I'd rather just use the 15 CT pages.

Yep, they stick out on the 20ct.
I’d go with 15

I jumped in and ordered a bunch of series 2. If anyone wants to trade a series 1 set for a series 2 set, I would be interested.

given the 55% discrepancy in the print runs, i suspect you won't have a lot of trouble finding takers.

There's a good chance if there's a series of these you don't want in bulk it's probably going to be series 1. I'd probably buy a coallated set off ebay and keep my series 2...but you do you.

So Wave 2 was way below Wave 1. Not a suprise, but what are people's predictions for Wave 3? I think it will get very close to Wave 1. I decided to skip Wave 2 and just get a base set after everyone breaks thier packs. But I think I might be in for 20 boxes of Wave 3.

Created a little trade thread with a few cards needed from wave 1

Busted 20 packs, nothing too remarkable but off the top of my head I know I got

4 trout + 1 piedmont
3 lux
7 sweet caporal
3 sovereign
1 polar
1 old mill

No serial or autos

I will provide a proper breakdown when I’m back at my collection

If anyone is looking for a comprehensive checklist (Waves 1-3 atm) for this that is in true alphabetical order, I have a file you can download and use on my site.

It also will track your totals based on the Wave and the cards that don't have certain parallels are blacked out.

I placed my 20 box order around May 16th. I finally got them today. I noticed a lot of people weren’t getting a decent amount of SP’s with their breaks. In short subpar results. I’m putting the set together so, I wasn’t concerned with the return value.

3 Trout base
5 Lux base
No big names in my 40 Piedmont’s
8 Sweet Caporal’s (Posey, 2x Freeman, Schmidt, Murphy, Grichuk, Noah S., Bradley)
3 Sovereign’s (Trout, Gwynn, Rivera)
2 Old Mill’s (Benintendi, Alfaro)
1 Cycle (Alfaro kinda wish he was Trout haha!)

I haven’t looked to see if I completed the base set but I’m assuming yes. With that said, I’m still torn what variation set I want to put together. Decisions decisions. Lastly, fun rip for me as I love throwback sets.

My two boxes arrived today finally. Seems like pretty good results:

Trout Piedmont
Guerrero Sweet Caporal

Looks like you did well! You pulled 4 piedmont per pack? It's looking like the folks that got their packs the past couple days are pulling a decent amount of SPs!

On a side note, what is the print run of piedmont's?

No problem, I was just asking as that would have been nice!

Thanks to the above poster for the Piedmont print run.

I'm still torn which variation of the set I would to build. I've narrowed it down to either Sovereign, Sweet Caporal or keeping it simple with the Piedmont set.

I received my 20 last week. Thought about keeping the box sealed. Guaranteed not searched or pulled auto and selling the rest. Will these carry a premium of should I just open them lol
