FWIW, heres a very recent pic of him signing those free cards

Good to see most of the lower priced signed 8x10s and 16x20s he had signed through Fanatics have dried up

I bought a healthy amount and was always shocked at how those just sat there for like $199 while his cards had gone up 10x

I sold off all my prizm LuLus for two reasons
1. He didn’t sign them
2. I was in them at $250 and was more than happy to sell at $1500-3000

Nice! Those cards definitely have a little "lulu" in them but nowhere near any of the sticker autos. But thanks for the picture!! Let's just hope he decided to mess with people and looped his autos for a while.

The conspiracy has been around for quite a while. To buy into this conspiracy you have to believe that Luka will never sign another autograph for the rest of his career. Getting away with Mom autos from here on out seems like an absurd conspiracy theory imo.

So so so true. People discount the possibility of a 20-year-old kid, sitting there bored, grinding through the process of signing of thousands of stickers and cards, potentially altering his technique slightly. If you gave any of us 50 sheets of those stickers and a sharpie I’m pretty sure we would be a disaster

if a signer was actually trying to do a decent job on the autograph stickers by keeping their signature on the sticker instead of trailing off the sticker, wouldn't it make sense that he would make the loops on his autographs fatter instead of extending them outwards in a more lengthy, thinner loop? i think its very likely that he himself signed all of his sticker autos and this whole controversy about his mom signing is just an internet thing that apparently has gained a life of its own. Q-anon-like.

Welp this kills the Lulu conspiracy for me. That's 100% his autograph on this card. I'll take a scan and let you know what it looks like in real life when it gets here.

Why also discount the possibility of a 20-year-old bored, grinding through the process of signing thousands of stickers and cards, potentially, having someone else sign them?

Because in that case he’d be violating a contract worth huge money and putting Panini in legal jeopardy. That is much different than getting a hand cramp and switching up his signature off and on

It has happened with high profile athletes before though, why is a 20 year old potentially doing it such a crazy idea? Just weird his sticker autos can be consistently round loopy lulus, over thousands of copies, and any evidence of his real signature are non consistent and look nothing like the loopy lulus.

The website is pretty clear—a hundred dollar purchase includes an autographed card.

I don't think he's signed anything for Panini besides redemptions since his rookie year. His auto was only in 2 or 3 products this year and they were all stickers (presumably left over from last year).

The most recent redemptions are not the "lulu" auto (see: 18-19 chronicles on card autos, 18-19 optic contenders, 18-19 immac) - so I'm not sure "when" he signed has anything to do with it.

This is one of the primary reasons I do not go after autos. It good for those who do, but more times than not the card, Prizm, select, chronicles, etc. you name it, look better without. Crazy how many questions surround his auto. Collect what you like, but know what you are getting is my mindset.

FWIW, here is my Luka 2018-19 Optic Purple Retail (blaster) on-card autograph.

Pack pulled in my truck at lunch outside of the medical facility I work at (not that this adds anything important to the conversation at all).

The only thing that would drive the QAnon hobby police to continue being this obsessed about their conspiracy is seller remorse. Some folks lost a lot of money by not holding onto their Luka Gold. Moral to the story, buy more Luka’s. By selling too cheap one may end up in their Mom’s basement spending 40 hours a week analyzing cards and spreading baseless conspiracy theories.

New to the Luka auto scene and can’t read all 500 pages of this thread, what autos are everyone in agreement on as authentic? Everything from his rookie year is considered good? All stickers are questionable at least by some people?
