Agreed, but with all of the Shaq autos getting pumped out nowadays, along with everyone else, I just don't see them holding any value in for example, 15-20 years.

This is the reason I'm switching to vintage. I'd rather put the money I got for this towards a Wilt or Bill Russell PSA 4-5 rookie. Those will always hold value, and probably increase over the years. I'm sure Shaq will have another acetate patch auto in this years Immaculate and the next, next, so on....

I agree to an extent, but most Big Name players will have their "best" RC retain or gain value especially when graded what is considered an acceptable grade for the card. The best RC for Kobe, Durant, Lebron, Jordan, etc... will most likely retain its value or increase as well, I would think.

And while most cards will depreciate, there are always exceptions. If they continue to churn out the acetates, they will continue to get cheaper, but the first will probably hold closer to it's original value than the latter versions. Although, Panini really isn't churning out a lot of Shaq Patch autos, so they may hold value a little better than what your typical player would.

No way. Thomas is the new exciting guy in Boston. I had to get a nice rookie of his when he was traded to town and I couldn't beat this could I?

Some great additions here. I love the quality of patches used on the vets and retired guys. Great additions everyone.

A few Jae's including a dupe of one I already have, but it's so cheap and an on-card RC.

Some Pierce. Have I ever mentioned how much I hate that Panini screwed up the release date for 12-13 Immaculate and had to list Nets on the Pierce stuff even though 13-14 was the season he went to Brooklyn? Well if I never mentioned it I hates it!

My favorite Immaculate cards are Chrismas jersey shorts ones. Is there a thread that exist with people showing off those. I've picked up a few /85 just because they are so unique.

Well I might as well post some of my pickups, I haven't been able to go for quite as much as I would have liked, but still happy to continue bulking up the collection, throwing in a nice piece here and there when I can.

A couple of base golds

I think this Inscriptions set was underrated. I liked that a lot of players signed larger to fill the space, and it's on card. I wish the "generic" set INK in 13-14 had stayed with the on card theme.

Hahaha yeah, I love picking up Immaculate stuff. I'm actually putting both years base sets together as well as the Immaculate Standard set from 13-14. I have been having trouble finding any Iverson base.... I wonder where they all are lol? PM has been sent about the Iversons.
