What's the record for new products in one release year? I don't go that far back, but it seems like a lot more than I have seen since coming back in ~2017.

The separate the two as if Logofractor wasn’t a money grab by Topps. Also, technically speaking, every single release from them is an attempted money grab since they are not a charity or public service.
