It wasn't funny, so it couldn't have been for laughs. It was a waste of time, and not even a decent card to just show off anyway.

Your post is a pretty cool looking card, I'd say it's probably a put-back dunk.
Lol c'mon, it was just so innocuous.

But I will go with putback too.

UD/Topps had such great photography back in the day.

With that said, does this shot melt your brain?
Is it a rebound or is it a putback? The world may never know.
but it WAS a layup.. A jump shot or bench photo would be called out too. Not sure why you're defending it like Gary Payton

He's either outright goofing with a layup or saw cool photos ignoring the title and thought it was just a nice card photography thread. Either way, big deal. Not defending anything as much as noticing hairy getting bewildered over something small again.

Surprised this one wasn't posted yet.

The more I see in these posts, the more I think MJ and Vince have the most ascetically pleasing cards.

And basketball photos look so much better than other sports. Seeing guys fly through the air is just a sight to behold.

Although I suppose he may have pulled up and laid it in, and you just wanted to avoid the aggravation......

Oh yeah, that's another great one. I suppose I'm still scarred from Abra already posting his 95-96 UD EC Gold shot and FOILING my plan.

I used to love this set as a kid...

Seriously?
He's either wasting time/space posting something that isn't funny, or he's ignorant and we should all just accept and even be happy about it? All I did was point out that he's posted something irrelevant to the topic and you've gotten your panties in a bunch about me responding. Seems like the issue is yours, really.

Addition for continuation of topic:

^ I must’ve seen that Barkley a hundred times over the years, never noticed the ball was actually pressing on the rim.

Yes. And amazingly it looks like he was indeed just messing around.

I’m a pretty crappy Jordan collector to still not have the original, but I’ve always been more into the 2nd year Beam Teams.

Cool, so everyone let's post things off topic anywhere we like since it's ok if we're just messing around

This was the best card I ever pulled, back when I was about 11 - from a pack from a vending machine near my school.

Guess we just have different sensibilities.

But yeah, those Hoops foils were incredible to me. Am I imagining things or did Fleer/Skybox rarely even use chromium stock after that?
You'd think it was just a Topps patent thing, but then stuff like 95-96 Molten Metal comes to mind. I love these too.
Should really take an updated/better photo, my older phone's camera was ass.

Dunk criteria: met? Almost looks like he's pulling up.... 3 inches from the rim.

Did you even see Post #113, or have a clue what it's in reference to?? Just because it went over your head, doesn't mean no one else appreciated the subtle humor.....

Now, addition for continuation of topic:

Subtle...
Do think we need a block thread too though.
