I bought a few boxes of these when they were first announced.. Why are people getting these, but those who ordered haven't yet?

pack odds aren't looking good for the Autographs.
Looks like only about 2 per case and many will just be the player parallel autographs.
There are however some good names signing.
I guess we will have to wait and see..

Ugh, there's too many product for soccer nowadays, Topps pretty much copy Panini printing the same card with different brand name.

the demand seems pretty low.

I was able to pick up six blasters from card giant over two days. there's cases still available on the big three and it's out in a couple of days

Just for the Champion's League, you've got:

Chrome
Chrome Match Attax
Deco
Finest
Gold X Tyson Beck
Match Attax
Merlin Heritage
Merlin Chrome
Museum
Topps Now
Pearl
Stadium Club Chrome
1st Edition
Flagship

And none of these products are cheap (flagship is $150/hobby box)

There's no way that there's enough collector demand for this many Champion's League products....and it's still only April, which means that many more are still to be announced....

Well they did make about 5,000 cases of Hobby based on odds, that's going off of approx. 2 Base Golds /50 per case with 200 players..

so there's bound to be plenty available.

Topps doesn’t care anymore. They’ll print a ton of everything left they’re able to. If BJs is going to sell this online and have pallets in store, that should tell you something.

It largely is garbage though, mainly because there's just too much of it. If you compare releases now to just a few years ago the quality and the effort put into releases is like night and day. I mean, nobody needs 200 different Jude Bellingham rookies, or the same image used over numerous releases. I think I speak for most when I say "less is more".

We're you around for stuff like Nobility, Noir and Black & Gold?

Prices should drop on flagship. Once chrome stuff hits especially and throughout the year. This is one of the weakest releases for UEFA.

There appears to be a ton of this printed. Wonder how much Topps will sell for direct because it doesn’t seem to be worth what it’s going for on secondary.

It's normal market forces with a bigger pool of buyers than a few years ago. If you want something cheap it's going to have to be made in big numbers, if you want something made in small numbers it's going to be expensive. I like that we're getting a range of products and a set like this has been sorely lacked.

2014 WC Prizm had 60k-80k base per player but no one knew that.

Still pumped psa 10's base to $5k...lol

Well yeah, it's last hurrah was with Ja and Zion in their rookie season.

It's got to the stage where I don't even bother with base parallels anymore. I'll generally dispose of everything (the bin, or onto ebay) that's not numbered, and even then anything over /199 for decent players seems fairly pointless unless it's pristine, anything else I'm not bothered unless it's under /49.
