I ended up at 105. Will 1,000% regret not getting more. Think I'm at roughly 30-35% of my cost recouped and haven't sold a single significant card I pulled yet. Have 4 challenge cards waiting to be sold as well.

Yeah. Went to get more and gone. This has been my cycle today:

-Buy 10 wanting to keep them sealed
-Thinking...why am I keeping them sealed?
-Can't sell them on the platform yet--who knows when
-Better to open asap so can sell them
-Better to open asap for the potential challenge cards
-It's been really fun to open
-No more to open...go back for 10 more to "hold."

Opened 30 base packs. Panini finally made base packs that had value. Wish I bought more but happy with what I got!

hahaha yea that's was my struggle as well. as panini releases challenges it becomes more and more worthless to hold sealed. challenges will probably make me open my packs going forward

To me, this is where this release differed from basketball.

In Basketball, the Gold packs at $150 are an easy Hold for me. Gold is the chase.

Meanwhile, these were easy rips. Then selling the challenge cards in hopes to rip more when they come out.

These were a lot of fun! Pulled a Curtis Blaydes 1/999 and a Dustin Poirier 199/199. Do any of you know how the value of first and last serial numbers affects value on NFTs?

Really no hardline rule. Just a matter of what someone will come along and offer for it.

#1/199 is the most sough after card, but the perfect mint holds a premium as well, but usually not as much.

For NBA the Jersey number would be also more valuable than the perfect. Isn’t.

$49 for the tie dye pack, think they'll sell out instantly or take some time?

I think they'll be up for at least a little bit. I think they'll feel a lot like silver or blue circles packs to people.

To me, I'm not sure that they're +EV (they probably are). But there is far less variance with the number of fighters in the checklist that will net you reasonable value.

Haven't seen anything official but I'm going to assume it's /25 like the physical cards.

The blog stated /49. Don't see anything on the actual pack page.

Gotcha, thanks. Feels like these might be pretty risky at $49.

I think the value is there. Probably quite a bit of variance.

Is it weird to me that the challenge cards are all concourse level?

Yeah, I meant, are there only tie-dyes of the concourse cards or are they really covering the entire set?

The email Panini sent out shows tie-dyes for all levels. The question I have is are they all /49?

2 possible scenarios based on looking at the challenge cards and noticing all are numbered under 100 for card number:

1) this is only a concourse set (which was the case when they had the tie dye checklist up last week before they pulled it)
2) there will still be 300 Tie Dyes, but other levels may be lower numbered such as /25 for premier, etc.

If the higher tiers are lower print, then it makes sense in not adding them to the challenge since making a complete challenge would become next to impossible.

I should clear $50 easily from my cards I got yesterday so might as well plow it back into one of these.
