I bought the orange colored 2018 factory complete set from Target and it had 2 extra Vladimir Guerrero Jr RC in it....

I don't think they have one. They have the blue ("regular" retail) and did have the green one (Target) listed but it's been out of stock on WM soon after release.

Question - All the Rookie Sets/Inserts say Kyle Tucker but include Kuchi instead; has anyone followed up with Topps regarding this?! I would so much rather have a Tucker than a Kikuchi!

No - they say Kyle Tucker, but include Vladimir Guerrero instead.
The sets both say and include Kikuchi, Alonso, Jimenez and Tatis.

Ah, OK- just read somewhere that it was Kikuchi that replaced Tucker and was wondering if anyone had tried to contact Topps about the tucker since its incorrect on the packaging

I bought two of the sets over the weekend with the medallion cards, got a base '83 Gwynn and a base '11 Update Trout, so I was happy. If anyone will be buying these and will be sleeving up the medallion cards, they are 180 point card stock, fyi.

I had one in my cart in July and then the set was backordered and eventually canceled. I don't think WM will have any exclusive sets this year unless the sets come out late in the year. I have seen no sets at my local WMs and the only sets you can get online are the generic retail sets.

That's interesting...so Walmart went from two exclusives last year to zero this year while Target went from one last year to three this year with the new "bluish" set TBP showed today with the exclusive 150th foil stamp on the single 2nd bonus insert card.
